List of Knox Spine & Sports's Reviews
I have arthritis in my right shoulder from years of playing sports. Over the past several years, my shoulder pain has been unbearable. I could say it was close to frozen shoulder. I had gone to orthos and they all wanted to do surgery. I felt I wasn’t ready for that. I went to Dr Knox, hoping he would able to get some movement back in my shoulder and possibly help ease some of the pain. I have been beyond excited that I can actually move my shoulder without pain. I can sleep through the night without waking up in pain. I didn’t realize how limited my life was because of my shoulder. I highly recommend Dr Knox.
Our entire family sees Dr. Knox. He does a great job helping us with all of our aches and pains. He is a caring professional. We're so happy we found him.
Dr. Knox identified blocks in my vascular system that were missed by other MD's. Then he loaned me pressure leggings from his pro sports clinic for several months, while I worked to increase vascular nourishment and built around the blockages. Before seeing Dr. Knox, I couldn't walk from my car in a parking lot into a store. Now I'm on the treadmill an hour a day and working out with light weights daily. Dr. Knox didn't give up until he correctly diagnosed and treated me. He has the rare combination of intellect, training, experience, commitment, and passion for medicine.
Marine Corps Veteran here. After 20 years of pain from injuries sustained during my active duty service, countless doctors visits both while active duty and civilian side, and many imaging studies, Dr. Knox was the FIRST doctor to identify what the issue was and how to solve it. Dr Knox's diagnosis (done WITHOUT imaging, just based on his extensive knowledge and experience) was then confirmed on MRI- probably over 20 doctors had either not looked or missed it. That particular issue is significant enough to require fairly major surgery- and Knox called it spot on. Even more significantly though, after dealing with that and other injuries for almost 20 years, I have been in daily almost debilitating pain. Dr. Knox has been able to identify areas of concern and areas of scar tissue and has been treating the issues in a way that- although it is a long road- I leave his office feeling just a little more "me" every time. In a world that likes to give lip service to "supporting the troops" but that so often leaves veterans by the wayside- Dr. Knox walks the walk. He took me seriously from the beginning, and has been able to identify so many of the areas that have been causing me pain for so long. After literal decades, having a medical professional point to an image or ultrasound and say "that's why you hurt" was healing in and of itself. He is the first doctor that has given me hope with regard to these injuries. I cannot recommend Dr. Knox highly enough.
Knox Spine and Sports has been instrumental in getting my body back into a healthier shape. As a 49-year-old endurance athlete participating in triathlons and currently training for Rock n Roll Nashville Marathon, I was having some old nagging injuries that just slowed me down and was painful. Dr. Knox has medical devices that pinpointed the exact issues of my injury. His experience and knowledge working with professional athletes was essential to aid in my recovery. Dr. Knox is very thorough in his treatment plans and his goal is for his patients is to succeed in whether it is sporting events or living life without pain. I highly recommend Dr. Kyle Knox if you are experiencing any physical issues or just a maintenance program to prevent injury.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
