I was there when a patient came in for an appointment and they turned her away because she did not speak English. Will never return and will make sure I tell everyone about this matter.

Dr. Gaffney does not communicate well. You tell her something and she doesn't believe you. If she does blood test or any other test, tell the lab to sent them to your primary care doctor or to you. You won't get them from her or her nurse, because this office does not run well. They don't have enough staff. If you tell the doctor the truth, and she doesn't believe you, then it's time to find a better doctor. Patients deserve to have a better doctor than Dr. Gaffney. J.L

My experience with Kirstin A. Gaffney was excellent! She explained everything what she was going to have to do, and that she was going to be very careful and take her time so she doesn't 'cause any damage to any of my internal organs. I had to have a ECRP done on my bile duct, thinking maybe there was gallstones, but it turned out that my bile duct was narrow. She fixed it! I woke up feeling so relieved! I was hurting so bad from it that even pain medicine barely numbed it. I definitely recommend everyone to go to her for any internal reasons!

Was highly disappointed with her and her lack of communicating with me regarding a procedure she did on me. Never gave me results of the procedure, even tho I called and asked in 2 different dates. I was ignored. I had to get the results elsewhere. Will not recommend her to anyone.

Only had one visit so far but she seems nice and like she actually cares and really wants to help, which is waaaaaaaaaay above and beyond most of Dad's doctors. Edit: am literally at another visit today and she still seems good. I can't tell you how hard it is to find a doctor that is communicative and actively seems like they WANT to help. My dad is suffering and has a zillion doctors and this is like...doctor number two that seems to care, lol. It's very refreshing.

Dr. Gaffney is amazing!!! Everything she told me regarding instructions and options was super clear. I felt comfortable asking her questions! The office environment is also really nice. Scheduling appointments is easy. I never feel nervous walking in, because I know I know she’s great. I have already recommended her to family

The most uncaring doctor and staff. Rated my son "non critical" appt and wanted him to wait a month and a half for an appt. After being in icu and hospital for several weeks. Then would not see him and rescheduled.

She saved my life! I am so thankful to God that she was the doctor on call when I was life flighted to Skyline. She listens, doesn’t lie or sugarcoat, and speaks in easy understandable language and not doctor-ese. Highly recommend her
