She had no companion when explaining what she thinks you need to have done. My friend has now passed away. She told my friend he has no say so in what is done.

My friend and I found that Dr. Laura Barnes was a very arrogant person. She did not take the time to listen to my friend. Dr Barnes will tell you what she is going to do, and you have no say so in what is done. She has no compassion. I do not recommend Dr. Barnes.

Today I saw Debbie. She was phenomenal. She was sharp and knowledgeable and explained information in layman's terms. In addition, she had great EQ and made me feel safe. I felt like I was sitting on the couch talking to my sister. Lastly, Dr. Barnes runs a tight ship. End to end from the front desk to the back, the team is fantastic. Grateful to Debbie, the front desk staff and the entire team. Grateful Sandra Made my day ??

While Dr. Barnes was caring and knowledgeable, we found her staff to be difficult and extremely slow to respond. As treatment for cancer is so difficult and scary, it's frustrating to have to wait for help and answers that never come. I cannot recommend this dr., no matter how qualified and caring she is, if her staff is unwilling and unable to help when you are in need over a weekend.

Incompetent front desk. My mother signed in at the front desk, one other patient sitting in lobby. In the meantime 5 other patients come into the office and they begin calling all of them back, but not my mother. Finally the incompetent front desk person ask her to step to the desk and states that she needs to check her in because she forgot to check her in earlier. In a perfect world this would be no big deal but to my 87 year old mother post mastectomy at the height of covid delta variant cases, it’s extremely angering!
