BAD. Get transferred to voicemail every time I call and never get a call back. Also I did a blood draw 2 1/2 weeks ago and still have heard nothing. Feel like I wasted money on the appointment completely. Would recommend this place to no one

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not because of the doctors, but because it is so poorly run and communication is horrible. I have to receive allergy shots and when it first started I would go at the time I requested on Wednesday's and the first 4 times I waited for anywhere between 45 - 60 minutes after checking in. That's after a 20 minute ride to this office. Then twice after this I arrived, checked in, and then after going to the front desk 3 times to tell them I'm still waiting a total of an hour I was told that the person who gives the shots was scheduled for their other office.  So I wasted almost two hours of my day and no shots.The following week I called at 11:30 am to check to make sure the person who gives the shots would be there, I got an answering service, who took my request and said they would check and call me back. Well 1:00 pm came and went without a call. So I requested to get switched to drops instead of the shots, twice now I received a voice mail requesting me to call and speak to a particular person, they left only the general number, and when I call I don't get connected to that person and what the person on the phone tells me is something that could have just been left in the voice mail instead of asking me to call that particular person.So I can not recommend them and if you choose to go here you likely will have to deal with this mess, but hopefully not.

I love this place and Dr Moyer my life changed in this country!

Very very kind doctor. She takes great care of my granddaughter and she’s only been doing there for about 1 month. She’s knowledgeable, patient and caring.

Have only been coming here a couple of months, but so grateful to have found Dr Paz! Everyone has always been helpful and she's always been a thorough and understanding Dr!

I would give them zero starts if it was an option. # doctors in 3 years - they keep leaving the practice. The 'hearing clinic' left as well - no notification even though I was waiting on 3k hearing aids delayed due to the 'pandemic'. I recently had a well woman checkup with me second doctor - who did not come within 10 feet of me, jut asked a lot of questions. Told me to get mammogram, bone dens etc - but failed to write the orders. I had to go back for them. Then got a letter to say she had left, and I have to have another appointment to get me prescription refilled for a drug they have been prescribing for 3 years. Today got a phone call to say I would have to pay for my appointment because the wrong doctor was listed on my insurance!! Well I just changed it 6 weeks ago because the other one left. Good grief.

Last week I scheduled an appointment for March 10.  At the time I scheduled my appointment,  the lady said I did not have a record of being one of their patients.  That was Odd.... But she scheduled me and a day before my appointment March 9,  i even got a courtesy call to remind me of my appointment and reminded me to be there by 10am. 30 minutes before my appointment,  i get a call from ASHLEY saying that she is canceling my appointment.  Why?  Because they are terminating patient relation with me because I did not see the Doctor for a check-up.  Isn't that ironic?  Worst of all is this was caused by an error on their part,  I went there last November 2021 only to be greeted by someone saying that I do not have an appointment.  They even sent me a text message to confirm my appointment the day before.  Wasted my time and gas! Very disappointed in the rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional attitude of the scheduling crew.  Never going back even if they pay me to.

No stars was not an option - they deserve no stars. Unfortunately the admin staff at this place is terrible. The doctors are actually pretty nice but any dealings with staff will leave you wondering which way is up. Would not recommend for anyone wanting an overall excellent experience from start to finish.

My husband and I have been going to Magnolia Family medicine for about a year. Dr Moyer is one of a kind and is always there when we need her. She is compassionate and caring and we will always recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Primary Care Physician. Thank you Dr Moyer!

The quality of care I receive at Magnolia Family Medicine is unlike any I have ever received before. Dr Moyer truly cares and takes the time to listen to you. I am so thankful to have access to wonderful and affordable primary care whenever I need it thanks to Dr Moyer!
