Attempted to make appt. because my ob recommended her. Was willing to wait the several months to get in. Had all my insurance info. ready to give. Scheduler wanted my Social security number( she said to book or hold appt.) before she would schedule it. You all SHOULD NOT be requiring this especially if people have insurance info ready. I declined called another office.

Dr. Ikard is beyond knowledgeable,, patient and not one to prescribe unnecessary medicine. I feel very fortunate to have been able to be accepted into her care.

Practice cancelled my appt. I had a bill from a prior appt. I go once a year. They said they sent bills (during covid when mail is extremely slow and unreliable). I go for a physical & tests, the bill couldn't have been much. They cancelled me after a few months during a pandemic and mass shut downs. They had no idea if I was going through the death of a loved one (which I was!), struggling with work as layoffs were happening around me (which I was!), or moved, or the mail was responsible, or they got the payment posted wrong, or I paid and the payment was lost in the mail. Instead of saying at the appt hey did you know you have a balance due, that will need to be paid before you can see the doctor? Which I would have said wow no, what do I owe you? They just throw their patients out like trash. Good thing I wasn't depressed and needed this appt to ask for help. The unfriendly, cold practices of these doctors could have sent some poor soul over the edger during this times.

Waited over 8 months for appointment to find out my appointment was changed without my knowledge. Also during this time i had trip to er requiring me to follow up with primary doctor and needed to see a surgeon. They would not accommodate me despite my urgent medical needs. Spend your your healthcare dollars elsewhere. Staff were rude and there was more than one cancellation.

Dr.Ikard the best medical professional I have had. She cares about her patients and her knowledge is excellent. If she can’t figure out the problem she does not hesitate in referring you to someone who will.

Dr. Ikard is truly the best doctor I've ever had. She is very compassionate, takes her time, and is thorough. So glad that I was referred to her! Her nurse is wonderful, too! I am grateful to finally find a doctor who truly cares and loves to help people. She's excellent!

Dr. Ikard is phenomenal. She is extremely patient, kind, and takes her time during the appointment. I have never felt rushed and always have ample time to ask questions or discuss any concerns. It is clear that Dr. Ikard cares about her patients.
