Dr Mendozas office does not follow the guidelines of insurance companies. I have Blue Cross and the office is in network with Blue Cross. I was looking to get orthotics which is covered under my insurance and since the office is in contract with Blue Cross the office should be filing the claim for the patient. This is per Blue Cross but the office refused to do this. Per Wendy the office manager. Whom is not very friendly. I don’t know how the office is allowed to keep a contract with Blue Cross which I’m sure brings her many many patients when they are not staying in the guidelines of the contract and Wendy said they do not file on behalf of the patient. I am out $400.00 because of this. Don’t go to this doctor.

I was a little hesitant about going to Mendoza Podiatry, But Those Feelings Soon Went Away, Doctor Mendoza and Her Staff were Very Friendly, Professional and Funny, it Wasn't Like A Doctors Visit At All! Doctor Mendoza Was Very Explanatory Considering My Issues, I Was Completely At Ease With My Care, I Highly Recommend Them,

Dr. Gina Mendoza was so awesome! I had an ingrown toenail that developed into a fungal infection, and needed it to be removed. She and her medical Assistant Loretta showed such kindness, compassion and professionalism to me during my stressful procedure! They both made me even laugh during the process! Five stars for a job well done! I recommend Dr. Mendoza to anyone needing any podiatry work. Thank you Dr. Mendoza and Loretta for making a painful procedure much less stressful 👏!!

This year (Nov. 2023) I had a issues with my foot so I went to see Dr. Gina Mendoza. Dr. Mendoza and I discussed what would be best for me to treat this issue. She wanted to look out for my best interest and suggested surgery to resolve this problem. Dr. Mendoza is very knowledgeable and and a excellent surgeon. I would recommend Dr. Gina Mendoza to anyone with feet issues.
