My 98 year old mother needs her medications, but Diaz's office will not refill her prescription unless she comes in. She cannot walk! I explained this and they just said, "Sorry, that's our policy" Also they are terrible in returning phone calls and approving prescription refills in a timely manner.

My husband's procedure was scheduled for 10:30a , We had to be at the hospital at 8a they didn't take him back until 12:15p. This is the second time we have had to wait for Dr Diaz, he does not have any respect for his patience, and Hendersonville Hospital in the patient holding room the temperature was freezing and I mean below 65 degrees very upsetting

They were in the process of changing e-medical records so the wait was longer but, well worth it. Dr. Diaz took time to listen to me.

Dr Diaz is great, he explains things well and has a great bedside manner. He doesn’t rush in and out, take’s his time always. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. A pleasant visit.

I have been seeing Dr. DIAZ for over 35 or 40 years. There is no one else I would trust with my Barrettes Syndrone. He is absolutely the best.

I went with GERD and never met the doctor until he did the scope at the hospital. My husband went with stomach issues and again, didn't see the doctor until he had the colonoscopy. Dr. Diaz found a polyp removed it and said he wanted to do another one in 6 months. No follow-up at all as to what could be done to alleviate my husband's stomach issues. All they want is the high ticket item procedures and there is no follow-up at all.. We plan to never go back.
