Dr. Ali and his staff are second to none. Every member of this staff was polite and helpful along the way and Dr. Ali is extremely thorough with his process. I am so thankful I have found a doctor whose staff is competent, respectful, patient, and polite.

Don't go here.If you want someone to shake his head and roll his eyes at everything you say,this is it!

The prior authorization person really helped my mom and I both get our BENLYSTA with the patient assistance program and it is free of charge. She was persistent and thorough and we finally got it approved and with zero copay. So awesome. Whitney is my provider and Dr Ali is my moms Dr. I love them both! There are very thorough and caring. We are in very good hands!

This office was the most incompetent office ever. They put me on Folic acid and Methatrexate and did not monitor my blood work. I kept asking for a requisition for the blood work and after the third request they didn’t not even send the right one. And on top of that, they sent me a letter from the “office manager” that didn’t sign it, asking me to find another RA Dr. unbelievable…. They quit me! You cannot just drop the ball on these kind of medications. Just beware. I am going to report them to Healthspring.

Dr Ali Takes the time to discuss everything to me, such as why the blood test he orders is important to keep track of my RA. He takes time to work with my insurance to help get my medication, I am on ChampVa and there is a certain list of medication I can take.

Dr Ali is very thorough and has the knowledge to understand and treat my very rare autoimmune disease. He always makes sure you get the tests needed for your care.

I was able to get in quickly for a new patient appointment. Other offices were telling me months out and I was able to see Dr. Ali within weeks. The staff was friendly. I'm happy to see that they are paperless and caring for our environment. They saw me even without insurance and they have really fair self-pay rates. The check-in process was super friendly. Dr. Ali's nurse was so kind to me. I came into the office not knowing what was wrong with me and left with an actual diagnosis and am glad there are treatment plans that will help me. Thank you for your time and support. I will be referring my friends and family to your office.

Every single time I come here I have a wonderful experience! I have a lot of health issues going on so it isn't always easy to find out what I have because everything unfortunately ends up adding together.
