List of New Hope Senior Living Of Hendersonville's Reviews
Since we moved my grandmother in a couple years ago, our family’s experience with New Hope has been lovely. We couldn’t be more grateful to have found such a wonderful place for her to call home. The staff at New Hope are incredibly caring, and go above and beyond to ensure every one feels at home. Angie, the director is always a phone call away and is attentive to any questions. It’s clear they take pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. My grandmother loves sitting on the front porch and enjoying the scenic views (especially when the deer are out), their music, socializing in the common areas, their quality food, and restaurant trips. It’s a loving environment, where our family is always welcome to visit. It’s reassuring to know how comfortable and well cared for she is at New Hope.
I thank God every night for leading us to New Hope Senior Living! I always thought that my almost 92 year old mother would just give up and die if she had to go into a care facility. Unfortunately, mom fell in May and broke her femur, and I could no longer handle caring for her at home. My daughter and I checked several options before coming to New Hope Senior Living. I actually cried after leaving some of them because I couldn’t stand the thought of how mom wouldn’t be cared for the way she deserved. After the warm welcome and being given the tour by the director, ANGIE GRAY, LPN, we decided this was the closest we could find to a home environment. Angie was very thorough in explaining everything and in answering all of our questions. We moved mom in shortly thereafter. We feel so blessed to have found this amazing place for mom. She is thriving and is so happy at New Hope Senior Living. Ms. Angie is so good with mother and can always put a smile on mom’s face. She treats her just like she would her own mother. Ms. Angie is not only the director but is an excellent caregiver. SHE is New Hope. She is what keeps it all running smoothly. Mom has been there almost 6 months now and she is happier than I ever imagined. Everyone there has become our extended family. This truly is a loving family environment. When I was sick and not able to visit myself John, the head chef sent me a short video of Mother and Alyssia, who mom calls her granddaughter, having fun. That is priceless for anyone who can’t be there all the time. Ms.Aline, the owner’s mother and the lady the house was created for is still living her at New Hope. She is so precious and watches after mom. If she coughs or sneezes she gets one of the caregivers to make sure she has a tissue.. We love each and everyone here and are truly blessed that God led us here.
My father moved to New Hope Senior Living about a year ago. New Hope has been the best place he has ever lived. As his memory fades, he has found a community where he feels loved and accepted. It is his home. He is more content than I have seen him in a long time! Not only does he love Miss Angie, whom we have known for a while. But he now enjoys the company of all of the staff at New Hope. And he has made friends with and is comfortable with the other residents also. As his daughter, I have full confidence in the ability of the staff to care for him and also keep me informed. I no longer feel like I am fully responsible for my father’s well-being. I now have a whole team, a village, that is helping me make sure his latter years are peaceful and comfortable. If you have not checked out New, Hope, you need to! You and your loved one will be very, very happy!
I had the opportunity to visit New Hope recently and I can not tell you how impressed I was with not only the spacious, beautifully decorated facility but also the friendly attentive staff. I am a doctor with Eye Care at Home, a mobile eye care clinic and have the opportunity to visit countless facilities and I was most impressed with New Hope. I would gladly refer anyone of my patients to this warm caring senior living residence.
I thought I had picked the best place possible for my father. It was beautiful and sounded perfect. The truth has been hard to accept even a year after his passing. Age old story. If it seems to good to be true, it always actually is. They say they have a mission! They most definitely do. If you're loved one needs extra attention and help, I would strongly suggest other alternatives. EDIT: Made 11/27/24, 2 years after death, they responded. This is my rebuke: I spent 2 months looking at places, asking all questions, New Hope was the only one who said that they could absolutely handle my father's situation, after they came by and evaluated him. He was given 6 months to live. I had single handedly cared for him for 15 months up until this point. No training, love is what gives us the strength. Yet, your team of "trained nurses and caregivers", didn't know how & refused to change his diaper. Claiming he was too big. If your trained staff could not handle this, then how did I manage it alone? You never tried to get him out of his bed to change his mattress to protect from sore spots, AGAIN was told by staff that they didn't know how to use the lift y'all have. Or how bout the farm fresh foods, that your chef rows out of the sterile kitchen that never smelled of cooking? Serving him a half cup of unrecognizable slop for dinner because, " he takes too long to eat"? I asked for you to shower him as stated would happen, not once. He laid on his back from the time he got there, in the same position, till he died. He was never propped up once. This is why he died. I begged the nurses to keep him propped up so he could breathe properly. Y'all had my money, y'all knew what you were doing. His best interest was not your priority. Dying in 5 days, opening your room up for the next unfortunate soul. So don't come on here and say your sorry he didn't receive the care I expected. He never received the care I was ASSURED HE'D GET! You're sensitivity training, inspired by my father, you asked for his photo to make the booklet that you would use nationwide, where is it? I guess you thought your 5 minute mockup draft you sent me of the "cover" with his picture was enough. It's not. How about the planting of a tree in the orchard in his honor? Never got the invite. Oh, my favorite part was, 'you can visit your father 24 hours a day" biggest lie. I got called a Karen by your staff when I showed up late to check on him. So again, please don't type your dribble for your proposed clients to see hoping to make you sound better. I know the truth! YOU know the truth! And you best believe my respects lie with your proposed clients. I wouldn't wish what happened to my father or even me, on my worst enemy. So if I can help another family avoid the trauma New Hope imposed on me and my family, I will. Two years of therapy and still no sign of getting over your incompetence.
My family member has been at New Hope for almost 5 months. Moving her from another state was an exhausting process coupled with the task of finding a facility. We toured and interviewed 7 facilities. Thank God we found New Hope. New Hope is a fine blend between state-of-the-art technology and a family home. My loved one has dementia and the level of care she receives at New Hope is awesome. They have two chefs that accommodate residents food preferences. The care givers are skilled and also very kind. As a family member I am always welcomed anytime day or night. The home is beautiful and impeccably clean, always. The entire staff is amazing keep doing what you are doing.
I was so thankful when I found New Hope for my husband's hospice. I feel like it truly was a gift from God. They are not kidding when they say it feels like family. My husband was treated with professional knowledge, love and dignity. The chef is wonderful. They went out of their way to meet our every need, even, at times, before we asked. The price is reasonable - don't be afraid to ask and tour!
We have had the honor of working with Greg through Real Estate Investors of Nashville and are so happy for him and New Hope. Greg truly cares about his residents and is creating an amazing community at New Hope.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
