They got me in the next day for a broken wisdom tooth. They were so kind and professional. Answered all my crazy questions. Was in and out in 45 minutes. Had both bottom wisdom teeth extracted and with very little discomfort. The healing process has been easy and the relief ive gotten from them being removed has changed my life. I will recommend Dr. Cone to anyone. And his assistant Mrs. Holly is an angel. I cant say enough good things about this place.

If you have to go see an oral surgeon, you're in great hands with Dr. Wicke and assistant Kasey. They put my mind at ease and did the extraction with ease. They truly are kind professionals. Keep up the good work and God Bless.

My son had surgery in March. I was told he'd need six teeth pulled. Once the surgery was completed and deductible paid I was told he only needed five pulled. I inquired that day about paying for six and the process for a refund. I was told once insurance had paid out they would refund any amount leftover. Here we are in May and still no refund. When I called the girl walked me through the process again. I then asked if she could look at my account to see if there was a refund due. She told me there was but could not give me an estimate of when the refund would be processed since it had to go through another person/team to be processed. You wanted your money up front but I have to wait 2 months and counting for mine to be returned? Make sure they confirm the amount of teeth being pulled during your consult. Dr. McLeod didn't even look in my sons mouth at his consult.

If you have to go see an oral surgeon go to OMS Nashville. Dr. Mort and his assistant Kasey are kind and truly professional. They let you know exactly how the procedure will go and make sure to make you feel comfortable asking any questions. They both talk to you while they are working on you and let you know what is going to happen as well as what is happening at that moment. There is no fear of the unknown because they keep you informed.

I've been to OMS before but today I saw Dr Shea and let me tell you this is what you want when you see a dentist he's kind and caring and you can tell he loves what he does and he even called to check on me which almost made me cry lol! I really needed that kind of kindness today! Thanks Dr Shea and staff for taking great care of me today.

I have had to have 4 extractions done in the past 5 months. Dr Bailey did them all for me. He listened to my concerns & requests. I experienced very little pain afterwards. His staff is all very friendly, sympathetic, caring & professional. They informed me what I would owe, no surprises at the end which I appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Bailey & his wonderful staff if you are in need of his service. I went to the Bellevue location which was very convenient for me. They were also very accommodating regarding scheduling.

I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed here! I was super anxious but Dr. Morts assistants Brittanie and Kasey were really nice to me and helped me feel better. Overall Dr. Mort also did an amazing job and i wasn’t in very much pain at all after. If you’re nervous about your appointment, it’ll be okay 💓
