List of Pascal A. Dauphin's Reviews
Dr. Dauphin is great. His staff is terrible. First, you will never see Doc again after the first visit, only his nurses. Worst of all is his office - they will not answer the phone nor return your calls. I've been reduced to going to the office and raising cane until I got a doctor to help me refill my prescription because I had left so many messages to no avail. Recently, it's been three months ...
Pitiful staff. It’s been 3 days, waiting for my prescription. The drugstore has asked 4 times for the renewal, no response. They don’t answer the phone. Leave messages. No response. Leave email on the portal. No response. I’m done. Time for a new doctor.
I went for my first visit today first I get there an the time I was given on the phone was not what they had I had 9:30 they had 1:30 but they were going to work me in while I was waiting the receptionist called me up an told me he would do a biopsy today but would not see me again because of me secondary insurance keep in mind they had checked my insurance before my appointment the poor little girl was crying when she told me they could not see me again I told her to dry those eyes because they weren't going to see me today either they hadn't even checked me out but wanted to do a biopsy but knew you weren't seeing me again no not me this was bad business the receptionist was very sweet tho but I left lol
I have seen Dr. Dauphin twice since I have been going to his office. In the first week of January 2023 his entire staff changed except for him. I asked for the nurse practitioner that I seen last time. They didn’t even know who I was talking about. They wouldn’t call me about my bloodwork and they said that I could come back in April if I wanted to or I didn’t have to. When my primary care Dr specifically saw a problem in my blood work and labs were obviously off.
Worst doctors office ever! There is absolutely no communication after TWO MONTHS of emails, voicemails, and portal messages then when you finally get a hold of someone you hear "well we haven't heard from you so we thought you didn't want to do the treatment".
Worst communication I have ever had with an endo. I’m switching as soon as possible. Not a good experience. Don’t recommend.
This review is not for the doctor because I've never gotten to see him. Went for appt on 11/3/22 only to be told they were rescheduling appts (due to staff shortage or something). Went home to call and reschedule. Have left 4 messages as of today with no return call.
There is something very wrong with this office. Biggest complaint is they don’t answer their phones, return calls or the very worst…do not refill prescriptions. You will only see the doctor on initial visit. Then you will see a NP who either isn’t qualified to make decisions regarding blood work and/or has to get direction from dr. While you wait for them to discuss. But biggest issue is the prescription refills. I ran out of necessary thyroid meds and finally had to get my gp office to call in. And speaking of my gp at st. Thomas, they show me how an office should be run. Always responsive on their portal and via text service. I’m truly baffled how Dr. Pascal and his staff handle their patients. He came highly recommended; although I decided to give it a chance, I’ll never be back.
First visit with Dr. Pascal was great, 6 month follow up was a nightmare. I thought apt. was scheduled with Dr. Pascal and was with PA, no one told me that. The ultrasound tech was the only nice person in this office. No one identified themselves when coming in the room. Waited 2.5 hours in the office to see the PA for her to tell me "everything is fine" and that was it! Was Made to draw blood when I insisted that I did not need to. Now I have a bill from my insurance co for a blood draw that was not necessary! Terrible office & nursing staff. DO NOT GO HERE!!
Where do I begin? I had an appointment exactly one week ago. They were to send over my prescription. The next day it still wasn’t there. Tried calling the office. Kept getting a voicemail to leave a message. Two days later still no returned call. I was able to finally reach them and was told they sent the prescription to a pharmacy I have never used 😳. Was told the message would be sent back to the nurse. This was Friday. Monday still no prescription. Tried calling all afternoon and no one would pick up. Left another message. No return call. Tuesday. It’s now been a week since my appointment and still no prescription. Left another message. Finally called my primary and asked if they would refill my prescription. This is just wrong.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
