List of Paul Leavitt's Reviews
Very efficient and caring staff. Dr. Leavitt knew immediately what to do for the symptoms I had. He listens to concerns and answers questions.
This office is wonderful. I drive 45 mins just because I like them so much.
Yeah I saw this doctor a year to 2 years ago about a chronic unknown hip pain/overall pain issue & he barely said anything to me, got blood tests & walked out of the place feeling like I had been scammed. I feel as if he thought I was seeking pills which was nothing but absolutely far from the truth. Got treated like I wasn’t worth the time or energy to help or dig deeper into the issue. PS. you don't have my record bc krystal isn't the name I used. the only thing I'd want from you all is a refund tbh.
Dr. Leavitt is the best doctor I've ever had. Not only is he very knowledgeable, he's just a really nice person as well. He also has a great, caring, professional staff. I have sent all my friends and family and neighbors to him and they love him and his staff too. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a new pcp.
Recent visits had proven to not be what I was used to. I had provided a review before my last visit that was not favorable. I had been contacted by the office manager who did resolve the issue with my need for an appointment for an instant COVID test. Dr. Leavitt was not amiable at all and seemed to not want to provide the visit. The office manager had relayed they were notifying patients whom had posted negative reviews they were not willing to serve them any longer. I received a certified letter today notifying the same. My accounts have always been in order. The issues I experienced were explained to be due to a particular provider and the office staff. This is unfortunate and speaks to an inability to understand the patients concerns by using reviews to better the practice. Take caution in posting your review as I have been told by others in the community this is now a policy.
This place is horrible. I have seen 3 different doctors.. None reads my chart. Have to tell them. The last doctor I seen when I told her my back was hurting she said I need to lose weight. Apparently she did not read my chart.I have lost 100.pounds over the last 4 years. I left there crying. Apparently must of gotten a lot of complaints. They let her GO. Cannot get test results for 6 to 8 weeks. I am a diabetic .I was there March 7th 22 still don't have my test results.I called this morning was told not received it. Ask to speak to the office manager was told she was seeing patience she was the only one there. I spoke to Cigna them about my treatment. The office manager as she calls herself wrote back on my review trys to justify the issue. This doctors office is awful. Told me they will send my records to a new doctor. I am glad you & the whole staff needs to be replaced.? This is what most offices do now . Can't handle complaints when you do .You can't go back there. Doctors push you through with their hired staff .If you need a doctor DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENT DOCTOR EVER TIME. A DOCTOR CANNOT HELP A PATIENCE WHEN THEY ARE SEEING A DIFFERENT DOCTOR EVER TIME YOU COME INTO OFFICE.GO SOME WHERE ELSE. BEWARE
I'd had Dr. Leavitt as my PCP for at least the last decade. I had never actually seen him over the years, but rather I'd see one of his nurse practitioners, all of which were great. My most recent, and last visit, had me seeing him. I can only echo what some of the other reviewers have already said. This is about the least personable man I have ever met. He wasn't unfriendly, or rude, he just seemed like he couldn't care less. It felt like he couldn't be bothered to see me or address my concerns for the visit. He didn't even sit down. He simply stood at the door for a few minutes while I talked. Wouldn't even look me in the eyes. What few words he did speak were mumbled, only offering to refer me to a specialist for something that, had he listened, could have been (and later was) handled by any family doctor. I will not be back to this office, nor would I trust this doctor with my health care needs.
Does not take time with patients
my last 2 scheduled appts were cancelled by the office due to a long term existing family emergency. this practice needs to pick up the slack with additional interim staff so his patients dont have to continually keep having to reschedule their appts. i no longer have any reassurance of reliability with them anymore & found another proficient medical provider elsewhere. they have gone downhill quickly. ...
Having moved to Hendersonville and looking for a Primary care physician I was invited recently to go with a friend to his "physician"; Paul Leavitt. when he came into the room, he looked "stoned" very unprofessional. Later he would refill a Rx for my friend only to CANCEL the Rx for my friend his patient in extreme pain as the Pharmacist told this jerk and he said "cancel it anyway and tell him to ...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
