I absolutely love Dr.Kroll he has been my Dr.for almost 11 years or more and he is the best Dr. in my opinion ,before I became his patient,I was in constant pain and going to many Drs and having many test including painful spinal taps and other injections in my back ,nothing helped ,it just put me through more pain , no one knew what was causing my pain , finally I was referred to Dr Kroll,and after xrays ,bloodwork and a few more test ,Dr.Kroll knew what was wrong and explained everything to me ,After surgeries and his continuos care I feel so much better ,and I highly recommend him to anyone that is or has suffered for many years like I did ,and have no answers, make an appointment with Dr.Kroll you will be glad you did . I know I am .

On my first visit he tried to get me to consider a pain pump but I was not interested! He tried to do an injection to my spine in what I can only describe as a storage room. I had my IV removed and left without the procedure!

He is caring, and thorough. Great bedside manner. He doesn't look at you like you are just a number. One of the best doctors in in the area!

I have seen many doctors since I was injured over five years ago and none of them have helped me like Dr. Kroll and his nurses. There is a much less waiting time and when you di go back to see someone they spend enough time to hear everything you have to say and come up with a plan to help treat you.

The Specialist that work with the Implants are amazing however the front desk lady esp at the remote (was White Bridge Rd now Baptist) office is very rude. She will not listen to what you have to say if anything about the first few words strikes her as "something we don't do" and takes months to get records even when paying upwards of $50 for them to be filled out. Overall we are happy with the procedure results but the service and overwhelming sense that the patient is "in the way" by the front desk needs much work.
