Preferred Care at Home is a professional and caring company. We needed care for our elderly mother as soon as she left the hospital. Zellina and her staff responded without hesitation at the last minute. We were kept informed of any changes and they would get back to us immediately after we would call or text. They were kind and compassionate to our mother and understanding of her needs. I would highly recommend this company for your love ones.

My father just passed away last Friday and Preferred Care at Home was there in such a special way for both him and Mom. My father had been in and out of rehab facilities and hospitals for months. Him and Mom were new residents of an Assisted Living facility and Mom was terrified to be there overnight without help. Ms. Kim Bryant of Preferred Care was our caregiver and she was precious. What an asset she is. She calmed Mom’s fears and allowed her and us to rest a little easier. Thank you!

We called 4 hours before my mom was being sent home from the hospital on Hospice. They could have said no, but they immediately found a person to take care of my mom. Her name is Maggie Alderson. She and my mom hit it off from the first minute and in the 23 1/2 hours my mom had at home before passing, she was so kind and soft spoken. She stayed with mom constantly and spoke in a kind and respectful tone that made my mom relax as best she could. Maggie was with me helping at the end and made phone calls for me so that my family could grieve together. I highly recommend her for any home care!
