Scheduling with this group was horrid. I made an appointment, and got a call a few days later saying I Needed to go to another location on another day because there would be no radiologist there for the test I needed—no big deal. The day before my rescheduled appointment, I got another call saying that no radiologist would be available for my appointment and I needed to reschedule again. It’s frustrating.Wait times are very long. I was asked to get to the office 30 minutes earlier than my appointment and I did, & was seen more than an hour after my appointment time.The radiologist and nurse though were nothing short of fantastic, so I'm grateful for that. They made me feel comfortable, eased my fears, and provided quality service.

I’ve been to this office 3 times in about 6 months. It’s a delight every time. Everyone from the receptionists/schedulers to every tech and doctor are all sweethearts. Yesterday I was serviced by Jennifer and the radiologist whose name I didn’t catch. They were both great and clearly seasoned in what they do. Today, Keith gave me a CT scan and was so reassuring and personable. He even color coordinated my gauze to my shirt! ;)I love this office and am always happy to hear I’m being sent here.I want to give a big thanks to each staff member! ❤️

DOES ANYONE ANSWER THE PHONE THERE?! I've called AT least 11 times in the last 2 weeks trying to schedule to my ultrasound and phone just rings and rings. It rang over 20 minutes one time. This is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

I spoke with Amie Gregory about a payment matter and she was the most helpful, patient and kind representative I've ever talked to. She not only called me back she tracked down my problem till it was resolved. The world needs more people and workers like her. I would give her 100 stars if I could. She went above and beyond the call of duty with kindness and patience and not once did I feel like I wasn't being heard, she actually cared and wanted to help.

They NEVER answer the phone.... how can you run an office without answering a freaking phone.

I really want to give these folks 5 stars, because they've been nothing but friendly and helpful to me, but they're going to need to start answering the phone without making me wait for 2+ minutes first.
