Dr. Howard is direct and honest which can be off-putting to some, but refreshing to hopefully most. He and his nurse practitioner Misti Martinez have worked hard to find the cause of multiple issues that I have experienced in recent years. I appreciate their time, care, and expertise.

Well I had a great experience, no insurance problems, everybody who worked there very professional. Dr Howard was great, listened to everything I said and told me what was gonna happen and I was completely satisfied with the procedure. This happened on 4/13/22. R. Smith. 😁

Terrible office staff, rude incompetent and literally couldn’t care less about fixing there own mistakes. I showed up (after calling 6 times with no answer ) during normal business hours to discuss the incorrect information they gave out during a referral only to find the door locked with a lady inside behind a desk. When I knocked to get her attention she waved me away and walked out of sight I waited about 5 minutes thinking she was coming to talk to me. No she was literally hiding so I couldn’t see her. How do you allow this to represent your business? I will be canceling future appointments with this joke of a medical office and I strongly warn anyone from allowing this place to provide them care.

Took my elderly father here for an appt. Dr. Howard was very rude and condescending. We’ve been waiting for lab results for over 2 weeks. I called today to inquire how we could get the results and was met with you are not on his HIPPA. I stated I just wanted to leave a message, not discuss actual medical information, got immediate attitude, office manager called , she to had attitude….. I would recommend you go elsewhere if you don’t want to be treated rudely

I have never taken the time to write a review of a medical office. However the utter lack of care and communication that went on here with my multiple visits was outrageous. This was one of the only in network Gastro in my insurance, but if you have alternatives in your plan do yourself a favor and go to them. Do not waste your time.

I have had nothing but good care and concern at Dr. Howard's office. Staff has been great and really listened to my symptoms. Follow-up after my procedures has also been top notch.

This is the absolute worst patient care office, do not go there its insane how bad these people are. They would not release my records even though I signed a release said they have up to 30 days to send them. I had to get another dr to call and get them. All because I cancelled a useless follow up that they said was required to release my records. This place is a disaster
