I saw Dr. Hande today and he is a great doctor. Not sure what's going on with the office staff however. Nobody answers the phone, and nobody calls back. I left 4 messages. I'm not sure if he's aware of these issues....

Dr. Hande is a great doctor, but there's no way to call and actually speak to a person in order to make or change an appt. I've called and left several messages, yet nothing. I hate to see things like this happen to a good doctor.

I agree with the reviews that state the office staff is the worst. we needed to change a date for a colonoscopy and the office staff never returned calls. When we finally got through to a person they were rude. There are plenty of other places that will actually care for you. don't waste your time with this unprofessional office.

He is really an excellent doctor... long-suffering... he listens carefully to the patient and examines him carefully.... God is with him always.

Dr. Handle was the only Dr. out of 3 other who stuck with me from May to June, 2020 and literally saved my life. God bless him and the team at Hend. Hospital who saved my life!

Yes I would recommend Dr. Hande to anyone whoneeds his service! He has made so much difference in my lifestyle and how I am able to do so much more!! He gave me medication and it is so nice not to worry about my intestinal problems anymore!!!

I know people tend to leave reviews only when they are upset over a situation. I am leaving this review to help any potential patients make a decision that is best for them. I have been a patient of Dr. Hande's for several years. I like Dr. Hande well enough. He answers my questions and does the job. He is mild mannered and does not make me feel uncomfortable. His nurse Jaime is nice. His office staff is where I have the issue. The front office staff is rude and uncaring. Calling for an appointment is very frustrating. The line is either busy, you get put on hold, or you have to leave a message. When you do leave a message, no one calls you back. If you have the pleasure of actually speaking with someone, they talk to you like you aren't even a person. Wait-time in the office is probably 30-45 mins. When you do go to the office, the front end staff act like you are disturbing them and treat you very poorly. I am looking for a new Dr., but it is because of the poor office management, not necessarily Dr. Hande himself.

The absolute worst office staff I've ever encountered. I'm done here and will be looking elsewhere for a new Doctor.

He scheduled a procedure. He didn't have the latest part of my records. I got them and took them to his office. I called to see if I needed the procedure since the last one was only two years. People said they would call back and let me know. This went on for four calls. I cancelled the procedure and my husband's appt. We went back to our previous doctor.

This review is for Dr Hande and his nurse only: I love Dr Hande. He takes time to explain everything with me, and he always answers all my questions. Very professional!! When my son (25) goes with me, he takes time to answer his questions. My son doesn't always trust me to tell him everything, plus I forget a lot of what I wanted to ask.
