I have had several appointments at SA all with Melanie. As a Registered Nurse myself I am very observant of details especially when it comes to a clinic’s cleanliness and staff professionalism. From the warm welcome on arrival to Melanie’s precision work and comforting demeanor, I highly recommend Southern Aesthetics and especially Melanie. I always feel well cared for and leave looking younger and more confident than when I entered. If you’re hesitant about facial treatments I’d say, just do it!

I have gone to this clinic multiple times for dysport, PRP, Microneedling..you name it. Every appointment is enjoyable, seamless and easy. I always visit Mel, she is so sweet, she made me feel at ease for my first appointment and is incredibly knowledgeable. Communication is great and the space is beautiful. I highly recommend you go here for all your beauty needs!

Received filler and subcision treatment from Melanie and Jennifer- both are incredibly kind and well versed in their field! They went above and beyond while I was in their care! I would highly recommend for your next aesthetic treatment. Thank you again!!

I think I’ve left a review already but this has been at least my 3rd time coming here I’ve seen Alana and Jennifer they both are quick and know what they are doing. I go in to focus on my forehead i don’t know what they do differently but it’s obvious they know what they are doing I’ve had Botox/dysport done other places and still wasn’t fully confident about the outcome. At southern aesthetics I’ve always been happy with the result. Thank you guys so much! And the staff is just all so sweet and welcoming. So glad I finally found a good place to come to!

Danielle at Southern Aesthetics is incredible! I absolutely love how my face feels when I leave my appointment. She is incredibly knowledgeable and makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed! I came to Southern Aesthetics initially just for my regular Botox. I booked my appointment with Melanie. She took so much time speaking with me and going over my concerns and expectations. I have been self conscious about my smile lines for a very long time so Melanie suggested cheek filler! This was the best decision I have ever made(thanks to her suggestion) The difference it has made is absolutely amazing. My face looks overall more youthful, but more importantly, my smile lines are GONE! I have gotten lip filler in the past, twice. Both times I wasn’t very happy with my results and I left with swollen lips that were swollen and bruised for a week+. Melanie dissolved some of my migrated filler and placed filler in my lips that I am obsessed with! She knew exactly what to do to enhance their natural shape and the best part is I never had ANY bruising or swelling at all! I HIGHLY suggest Melanie to ANYONE with any aesthetic concerns or needs. She is the sweetest soul and she is just a rockstar at what she does!

Melanie Read is the only aesthetic nurse that will touch my lips!!! She is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I was referred to her through a friend. I’ve been to see her 4 times now and she amazes me every time! I was extremely nervous the first time and had no clue what to get or where to start and she definitely knew what to say and I LOVE my lip filler! That girls has me confident and looking good! :)))))) posting a before and after also!! Keep in mind I could NEVER wear lipstick because I honestly didn’t have any lips to put it on. Now lipstick is all I wear :)
