We had used Sports Ortho Urgent Care previously when my daughter had a sports related injury. Recently, I've been having pain & numbness in my left shoulder /arm. I completed an appointment on-line ( very easy) and within minutes my phone was ringing. The office was calling because they were concern my symptoms resembled those of a heart attack. I was so impressed that a) they read my online info so quickly & b) that they cared enough to pick up the phone and contact me immediately. Once at the appointment, the entire staff is super friendly and very thorough in explaining what they saw on the X-rays & providing options for relief. Highly recommended.

I had a Five Star experience at Sport Ortho Urgent Care Hendersonville location. Caraline McDowell was outstanding. Great personality. Her assistant was just as nice. And the front office staff was very pleasant and everyone seemed very caring. I definitely recommend this place. And will go back if needed.

Walked in with an injured finger. Friendly and compassionate staff from start to finish. Finger was broken. I was shown the x-ray as well as an explanation describing the type of fracture. Left a very satisfied customer. Definitely recommend them.

I have to say that so far I love this place. First, I had No problem making an appt.. Once I was in the exam room (5 min wait 😊) everyone was professional. The Doctors assistant listened to me very carefully, I never felt rushed, and relayed everything about my shoulder to the doctor.I felt like They clearly understood what my problem was. X-ray was done, treatment done and now it’s 24 hours later and I had the best nights sleep that I’ve had about six months. I’m soooo glad I came here!

Sports orthoI have been experiencing foot, ankle, and heel pain for weeks that was progressively getting worse, so I decided it was time to seek medical attention. I was able to be seen as a walk-in, no appointment necessary. Check-in and registration was quick and wait time short. I received a digital x-ray of my ankle that was reviewed and explained to me by trained Orthopedic Staff. A treatment plan was developed to include a sport ankle brace and physical therapy with Ibuprofen as needed. I wore the brace home and already feeling better. The Orthopedic staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They provide immediate attention to fractures, sprains, and athletic sports, work related, and orthopedic injuries. With four locations, no need to go to the E.R for acute injuries and later receive $1000 bill or suffer in pain. They have everything needed to determine a diagnosis to begin immediate treatment. Highly recommend.
