This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a medical facility. I have been planning for my son to have a dental procedure at this business tomorrow for at least 6 weeks. The planning required clearance from my son’s pediatrician to ensure he was clear to be sedated. Then the sedation company called me a month ago to give him clearance, then he had to have a pre-op appointment 2 weeks ago causing him to miss school again. State testing is this week and I had to have his school move his testing date so he wouldn’t miss his test tomorrow. Now I get a call less than 24 hours before the scheduled procedures to tell me there is an insurance issue and the sedation company is showing my son as having 2 insurances. He doesn’t have and never has had another insurance. The receptionist said the company that the Dentist office uses, will not do the sedation without this verification and I have to call insurance company to verify that he doesn’t have another insurance. How do I verify that nothing exists?. Also, I didn’t give the sedation company my sons insurance info, the Dentist’s office did. Why am I being asked to verify anything insurance wise? I work 70 hours a week and I literally do not have time for incompetence. 3 office visits, numerous phone calls, missed school, missed work, all to end up having to cancel. What a huge waste of time and energy. Do not go here if you value your time.

My child had a bad experience at a different dentist 2 years ago. It has made going to the dentist very difficult due to the anxiety. This office is SO PATIENT and KIND. Happy to say, today was our first successful dental experience in 2 years and it is all thanks to this doctors office. THANK YOU!!!

I’m impressed with their work on my first visit. They are professional, flexible in their scheduling to suit my needs. Overall amazing first time visit and my daughter loved it. Usually, she is scared going to dentist.

Amazing first dentist experience with my one year old. Everything is very clean and kid friendly. Everyone was kind and extremely patient with a one year old who wasn’t super thrilled about getting his teeth cleaned.
