I registered online for an appointment at 10:15 AM. I got called at 1:30 saying that they were ready for me to come in. So, I walked in and told the woman at the front desk my name and that I registered online. After waiting an hour and a half she proceeds to say “I didn’t even know you were here.” Then afterwards I waited another hour! Don’t recommend going to this place. Takes forever and the online registration is BS.

The worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. Per their Dr.'s direction I returned for follow up to only be insulted, spoken down too, and bullied. Attached is the provider on duty, AVOID THIS PROVIDER UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!!**********************************************I WAS BILLED $175 TWICE TO BE TOLD TO DISREGARD THE FIRST DR'S ORDERS BY THE "NURSE PRACTITIONER".

My partner were sent here at 11:30 and we were told that the next available appointment was at 2 pm. Once we were in the exam room waiting for the nurse we waited almost 2 hours for her to show up just for her to not fully pay attention to the patient in front of her. The doctor did a fantastic job and was actually concerned but the nursing staff was terrible.

The medical care we received five months ago was very good by the physician assistant there.HOWEVER, five months later they still have not correctly billed our insurances They continue to send monthly bills letters showing NOinsurance And requesting payment . They clearly made copies of both our insurances the date of the urgent care visit.They were also notified by Blue Cross 3 months ago that they've billed incorrectly and to resubmit as the secondary insurance.they still have not done !!Our Bill still shows no insurance and now they're saying" bills are just sent out automatically don't worry Re your credit rating."Such a sloppy careless attitude is not appreciated . As a medical provider Due to such careless attitude I will not be referring patients to this urgent care .
