I brought my son into the clinic right at 6pm when they open and I was the 2nd patient in line! We were out by 7pm. The clinic is super clean, the front desk and nursing staff were very sweet but the 5 stars really goes to Dr. Eidson! She is an INCREDIBLE physician!!! My son is 17 months and has always had a fear of the doctor for whatever reason (even just listening to him with the stethoscope). She used bubbles during her exam and completely distracted him. She was patient, friendly and kind. She did not judge the medical choices I make for my son. She did a very very thorough exam and just had the best bedside manner! 10/10 visit for us.
Great experience! We checked in online and it was a smooth process. The nurses, office, and doctors were all amazing. Helped by getting some ice pops and Gatorade and were really clear. Would come back here anytime we need to be checked out.
I WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF I COULD!! HORRIBLE experience!! We arrived at 7:00pm and did not get our son checked in until almost 7:20pm with only one person in front of us in line, meanwhile my son was vomitting all over me. There was no sense in urgency nor efficiency to get patients checked in. We did not get called back until about 8:30pm leaving us sitting and waiting for over an hour with a sick child, while patients who checked in after us got called back before us. Then, when we finally got back to be seen, the nurse checked our son's ears and throat, told us he did not have any infections, proceeded to give him Zofran for his nausea and Motrin for his fever, and sent us home. He did not make any progress, and we took him to the ER at Centennial the next night, and found out he did, in fact, have a bad ear infection. I am extremely unhappy, and disgusted with the lack, and incapability to provide a diagnoses to a child who is in pain. This is classified as medical neglect of a patient. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS CLINIC EVER!!
Such a great experience. Took my son in for a sick visit and every single person we encountered was phenomenal!
We drove an hour to this location 3/9/25 bc we felt Vanderbilt would take a child being sick more seriously. They tested for flu and covid which my son did not have but they did say that he had an ear infection. They weren’t concerned about the rib retractions I had mentioned. Today 3/10/25 something just didn’t feel right and I was talking to my son’s pediatricians office ab his symptoms and they recommended the ER. At the ER they tested him for flu, covid, rsv and strep. He was positive for RSV and strep and an ear infection. I feel like the trip to the ER could’ve been prevented if the urgent care looked more into his symptoms. And now I also have two billable visits one of which I think is obviously invalid since they didn’t take my sons illness seriously. They must not offer rsv tests bc now that I’m educated in the matter rib retractions go hand in hand with rsv. They get an extra star tho bc the front desk lady was very nice
I highly discourage anyone from taking their children here. The staff is slower than molasses and seem like they do not care about getting these children seen.
the most idiotic people ever work there. We waited for over 2 hours just for people who came after us to go before us. worst clinic ever
This clinic has the most incompetent staff I've ever encountered. I'm shocked they're still open.
Will never come back here for a sick visit again.
So very grateful they stayed late to thoroughly evaluate my daughter. The staff was informative and compassionate every step of the way. This place is the definition of community care!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
