Came in for a simple throat swab on a sunday. Waited 30 minutes in waiting room and then came in to the other room with a nurse. She swabbed my throats and then we had to wait 2 hours for Warren Ervin to come in and talk to us.Long time, plan your day around the appointment. Takes by far too long.

We see Dr.Lund and have ever since my son was born. She is absolutely awesome. She goes above and beyond for us. She really gets to know you and your concerns. She's not one of those in and out doctors. She is very patient and always works with your preferences unlike other doctors that go against things you want. She is also a mother, so she speaks to you from a parent standpoint too and understands. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my son. I 100% recommend her to anyone that is need of a great pediatrician. Their office staff and nurses are also great. I can talk to them like I've known them for years. Very helpful and always work with you on appointments. I've had to call as soon as they open to make an appointment because my little one became sick literally over night it seemed, and they worked me in. Never had issues making last minute appointments. They also have walk-in hours through the week and weekend that are also really great. Wait time in the lobby has also been very minimal. Overall a wonderful pediatric office!
