Prepare to WAIT All day even if you are the 3rd patient on the books. She starts out seemingly interested & caring but if you don’t buy which ever products she’s selling in office she starts treating you like total garbage. I’m not a drug seeker. I have never once wanted to take OPIODS ever. I can’t stand them & they do not work for neuropathy. I was in regularly due to chronic issues & to be drug tested every single time I came in was rediculous & I’m pretty positive being charged to insurance

If you schedule an appointment, be prepared to at least be there for 2 hours minimum. My last appointment was at 8am and I wasn't seen until 9. I was the first appointment of their day. The wait time gets worse from there. I made an appointment to get a referral due to insurance change. The office was aware that my referral was needed for two business days later. I called the following day and was told they hadn't done it yet and were doing it then. They still haven't made the referral.

Dr Bigham and her students are like an assembly line with no Quality control.. They don't take the time to properly make sure your getting the right treatment. There were 6 patients that walked out of her office just two days ago I observed while I was in the waiting room. One of her nurses seen me and said that my focus problem was due to adhd and since the sample of Straterra wasn't working they wrote me a prescription for adderal which I really didn't want.
