This was my first visit to this provider who was recommended by my retiring PCP. The office was clean and well appointed and the staff was exceptional, making me feel at ease and welcome. Dr Willis is very kind, caring, and patient working to help get my medical history so she can proceed with my care. Great experience!

I visited Dr. Willis for the first time a couple weeks ago (the dreaded annual exam!) and was immediately put at ease and made comfortable by a wonderful staff and caring doctor. Dr. Willis is extremely personable, warm, and does not make you feel as though you need to rush through your explanation of what's wrong or what you need. I can emphasize enough what a wonderful doctor and office this is; if you're looking to change primary doctors or are new to the area, definitely think about visiting this office!

Great service, from checking in at the front desk to your personal time with Dr. Willis. I really appreciate how she empathized and was very personable that allowed me to be comfortable and not afraid about sharing my reason for the visit. The atmosphere is very soothing, calm and peaceful. I'd recommend her to anyone and this was my first visit. Oh before I forget she doesn't rush you or rush through your appointment your time is YOUR time and she takes her time caring for you!

Dr.Willis always goes above and beyond to listen to your concerns and find a solution. She has made me feel comfortable and safe since our first appointment 2 years ago. I couldn’t ask for a better primary care doctor. And Brenda is the best!

I absolutely love this doctors office and the customer service.....I switched doctors after 2yrs because I felt unheard, the staff treated patients like we were a bother leaving. Going into this office for the first time I felt welcomed with open arms.....Brenda is amazing and Dr.Willis really care about her patients personally and professionally....I was so apprehensive about getting another doctor who I felt didn't care....But Dr.Willis and Brenda put me at ease....I didn't feel rushed, the anxiety I felt quickly eased away. They also was prepared for Covid-19...Dr.Willis reminded me to pull my mask all the way up correctly which was awesome...Thanks for not only being a Doctor but caring about your patients concerns.
