Chose this dr office bc 1-this dr is in my Network and 2-the great reviews. When calling for appointment, the receptionist says the dr is only accepting certain patients. When i asked how the dr determines who she will accept, the receptionist proceeds to say, she gets ALL your prior records and reads them and determines if she will see you. I was asked who my prior rheum was & I gave that info. I also stated i saw a hematologist too . Then I was asked what insurance i have and gave that info. After that, I had to ask the receptionist if she wanted the info for my hematologist too since she stated they need all records. She also said they request the records but never asked me to sign any HIPPA Release and never emailed anything. I feel they may determine who they accept based on the insurance and that's disturbing. If they aren't, then the receptionist needs to do a better job at handling potential new patients. I know they havent requested records and never followed up.

I can not recommend Dr. Eyler enough! She is the best doctor who listens and cares. I wish all doctors were like her.

Dr. Eyler is the best! I started seeing her when she was at Northcrest and I am DESPERATELY trying to get in touch with her to make an appointment at Hermatiage or Harding Place East. I've call several times only to be told they are requesting my records and will get back in touch after Dr. Elyer has famliarized herselfwith my file. This had been going on for months. I really need to see her; i've run out of medication and the pain is becoming unbearable. Regardless, she is Great!!!

Dr. Eyler is a very good Rheumatologist. She listens to you and works with you to find the right treatment for you. She doesn’t rush you in and out. She addresses all of my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Eyler.

She is the most caring doctor I have ever met. It is a rare thing these days to find someone who actually sits down In the room with you and listens to everything you have to say and takes notes. You will also never feel rushed with her. A+ provider.

Dr Anne Eyler is the absolute best in her field. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and she made my life better on the first visit. I shall never forget her kindness and compassion for her patients. Im now in the process of getting my granddaughter an appointment. I would never trust her with any other doctor.

Very caring, compassionate Doctor. Takes time to listen to symptoms and also to explain treatment and different options. Would recommend to anyone needing a Rheumatologist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eyler for 8 months. In that time, I have found Dr. Eyler to be one of the best doctors that I have seen. She is patient, kind and very intelligent. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. Dr. Eyler has since moved her practice to Northcrest hospital in Springfield. I have driven to Springfield to see her, and would travel twice that distance to remain her patient.
