I have been a patient of Dr. Scott's for over a year now and with his help my health has greatly improved. He listens when I have a concern, he makes great decisions when referring me to a specialist and seems to be available at all times via the website and responds very quickly. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor who is compassionate and cares about his patients.

Went to him for several years until he tried to stop my steroids cold turkey without a taper. I had been on steroids for 15+ years on and off due to health issues and then he also referred me to a doctor who refused to show me numbers and dr Scott rarely does numbers ever unless he’s trying to give you cholesterol numbers for that big pharm kick back as you always see them waiting to take him to lunch etc. must be how the boat was paid for? truly sad as he has pot or risk to be a good doctor but isn’t.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brian Scott for approximately 19 years. I find him to be knowledgeable, empathetic and acutely attentive to my medical concerns and treatment application. As I have aged, and my concerns have increased, I find this doctor understanding and quite willing to specifically address each concern thoroughly. I have referred family members. Dr. Scott is consistent in his approach to providing this senior citizen with great concern, yielding excellent outcomes. R.Plough

Apparently doesn't like knowledgeable patients or questions that conflict with his interest in writing prescriptions. I have had many great doctors in primary care and several different specialties. I never felt like he was rushing me, but on two occasions his responses to me were ill-mannered and defiant. The support staffers and nurses have always been very nice.

I love Dr. Scott. He has been treating me since I moved to Nashville. He is easy to talk to, and I never feel rushed. He is a tremendous asset to Heritage Medical group. He really cares!

I cannot recommend Dr. Scott highly enough. He is thorough, patient, knowledgeable, and he listens. His primary concern has always been my well being as his patient. In these days of the "5 minute" doctor visit, Dr. Scott devotes time to his patients, making sure they feel seen AND heard. I trust him completely, and recommend him to anyone! He's what a doctor should be.
