List of Carol Mccullough's Reviews
I’ve lost two babies under the supervision of Dr. McCullough. The first, of course I was upset but I was under the impression that it was me so I took it very easily the second time. The first pregnancy, I needed a cerclage because my cervix was opening. Instead, she put me on progesterone suppositories and three or four days later I ended up having my daughter very early. She never called me personally and every time I tried to talk to her I couldn’t get a hold of her. But my first postpartum appointment she told me that It will be necessary for me to get a Cerclage for my next baby. Once pregnant with my son, she said I didn’t need it because my cervix was lengthening. It doesn’t matter than it was lengthening, it was going to open hence why I needed the cerclage. It’s been three weeks since I lost my second baby. I have not heard from Dr. McCullough at all. I got a call from her nurse though and every time my request is talk to her, I can’t. My mom even requested my medical records and they wouldn’t send the full records. When my mom called the records company, they told her that someone at the office told them not to send her all of my records. Sounds pretty fishy to me and our lawyers are going to love this one. Dr. McCullough broke my heart twice and seems to have no remorse. But I will get justice for me and every other woman she has neglected.
Such a lovely person and wonderful doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Mccollough. She is very helpful, understanding, loving, funny, intelligent. She is an excellent doctor.
Dr. McCullough was incredible. She took the time to listen to me and answer any questions I had. She was understanding, gentle, and let me know that I was in charge of the appointment. I can’t say enough good things about her. All the staff and nurses were incredibly kind and welcoming. I know a lot of women’s experiences with the gynecologist can be bad, but I can’t say that about mine. Overall very impressed.
Doctor McCullough let me sit in labor for six hours with a fever of 103 an baby’s pulse 200 mine 160 was discharged 24hr after emergency csection.
Dr McCullough and her staff are great. She performed my hysterectomy and did a great job. Her staff has been great. Summit hospital staff was great. Very thankful for all of them!
Dr. McCullough is the best GYN doctor I've ever had. I've been going to her for 26 years.
Dr. McCullough is my GYN and found a abnormal pap smear and scheduled me for a biopsy of my cervix (coloscopy) right away last year. I was highly pleased with her as a physician. She was caring, and helpful, answered all my questions and her office staff was super friendly and the girls were funny. I have had a great experience for all 3 visits. I am happy to find Tristar physicians. I have had 3 now that were really good at Tristar in Hermitage.
Friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all questions and not rushed.
I have been a patient for approximately 15 years. She is the most amazing physician in the entire world! Everything about her is professional grade! And she's hilarious too!
Dr. McCullough always makes me feel like I am the only patient she has that day. She takes her time to listen to any questions I may have and then answers them in layman terms that I can understand, not all medical terms! I love Dr. McCullough and will not go to anyone else. Her staff is pleasant and always greets you cordially.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
