Terrible experience !!! Terrible "Doctor" !!!She barely paid attention to my questions, as if she couldn't be bothered.Like another patient remarked, I wouldn't her recommend for a dog.

Dr Dong was chosen for a 2nd opinion for issues resulting from a stroke. What a relief and a breath of fresh air compared to the first neurologist we were referred to! She was thorough, asked lots of questions, administered tests, and appeared genuinely concerned. I had a same day EEG, an upcoming MRI is scheduled and I have a follow up appointment in 4 weeks to review the results. I finally have some hope for answers! She is an answer to our prayers!

I had what I will call a "short fuse" issue.I ran out of my medication and was unable to contact Dr. Zhou to ask [him] for a prescription refill. Instead, I imposed upon [Dr. Dong] to refill my prescription. I simply wish to Thank Dr. Dong for refilling my meds despite my not being one of [her] patients.

When I was a patient of hers, she would walk into the room with her laptop and never look up once. I'm not exaggerating. Literally not one single second. She would ask a few questions and then leave the room. When I decided I had enough and went to a new doctor, they refused to send my EEG results to my new doctor. Horrific experience all around. If you don't care about talking to your doctor, then I'm sure she's fine. But I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

I saw Dr. Dong 8 months after a ER and overnight stay. My PCP thought I was having a stroke as I was disoriented and my pupils were dilated and I was out of it. Strokes run in my family. I had an appt on 6/23. I called the next day completely a wreck having symptoms that reminded me of when I first went to the hospital. I called and was told I’d get a call back. No call back. Called again the next day and the receptionist said “I’ll leave a message for her new nurse? He needs to learn.” I called again the next day and nothing. 3 calls in total and not one return call. Sickening that someone who can be so scared and concerned about their health doesn’t get a call back. My PCP ended up giving me directions and meds to follow as Dr. Dongs office was NO HELP!

Dr Dong is a great Dr. She has been a tremendous help for a very complex issue for me and excruciating pain, Cluster Headache. Dr Dong has kept me pain free for a long time now! I highly recommend her.
