She’s not attentive enough she does not respond to phone calls like she should have asked if I see a prescription it’s been over a month I haven’t got it I’ve called her twice for health reasons she has not responded to me that’s three strikes three strikes you’re out so right now I’m looking for a new doctor

They entire staff is awesome. They are professional, timely and knowledgeable. Dr Jones-Woods really listens to you and is quick to help you resolve issues

Dr. Jones-Woods is a doctor that I feel very comfortable with. She is easy to talk to and doesn't rush me out. When I need to see a specialist she always follows up. I also find her staff to be very helpful.

My first visit with Dr. Jones was not an enjoyable experience. She was very late to my appointment and did not apologize or explain the cause of delay. She claims to have sent my prescription through mail order and i have yet to receive any medicine in the mail no matter how many time i bring it up with her. also have a funny feeling that she does not have much knowledge about health because when i went to her with an issue she recommended me to a procedure that gave zero answers to the issue i brought up to her. Now i am stuck with bills from the procedure with no resolution to my issues. I am now seeking a new pcp due to her lack of awareness and professionalism.

Saw Dr. Jones-Woods, waited 5 weeks for a referral appointment only to be told I had been referred to the wrong doctor. Upon questioning Dr. Jones-Woods' assistant I was told I was referred for a problem that I didn't have. Asked to have my medical information faxed to another doctor, was told it would be done same day, records never got sent.

Dr Jones-Woods is wonderful, but she is no longer in the Smyrna office. She is in Summit hospital in Hermitage Ste 630.

Worst staff I have ever had and doctor did not give me medical care during the worst time of my life. I was Kicked out of the office while I was begging and pleading for help after her staff had treated me poorly and didn't schedule my appointment correctly for the 3rd time. I was cussing and everything but I did everything besides get on my knees asking for emergency heath care. I think her superior called to check on me after I was kicked out but none of the staff cared about me.

Dr Woods is great, her support staff is terrible. I have left four phone messages regarding a change in my prescription and have not had a single follow up. At this point it seems ill have to find another doctor just to get the meds that I need.
