Cindi Jones Woods's Online Review Report Card

About a year ago, I really felt like so many things were crashing down on me health wise. I've never had a doctor as caring as she was and so helpful in seeing that it very well could be chemical imbalances and other things outside of my full control. I've dealt with so many doctors over the years who just brushed off some of these issues but she genuinely cared and made me feel like it wasn't all my fault. In the past year I've been able to lose 60+ pounds, get my BP and cholesterol all finally into normal ranges, have my mental health in a healthy place and I feel so much better. I couldn't have done it without the support, guidance and direction from Dr. Jones-Woods. She is amazing.

If I could give this physician zero stars, I would. Her staff is incompetent and lack communication. I had to call to retrieve my test results, when I had questions, the staff was unsure. She failed to submit prior authorization to my insurance to cover my medication and I’ve spoken to her and the staff several times to get this resolved but neither one of them listened. I was recommended by a friend, worst mistake ever. If you’re looking for a doctor who is proactive with their patients, this doctor is not it.

I was excited because the reviews seemed promising, but I did not have a good experience at this office. I scheduled a new patient visit and the woman scheduling my appointment asked me if I would also like to do a well woman’s visit. I agreed and we had it on the calendar. The day of I arrive, and get taken back to my room. The intake nurse was very kind, took some medical history, as well as notated my concerns I wanted to talk to the doctor about. She gave me a gown and drape cover for my well woman’s visit portion, but explained the doctor would come in so we could meet and do the physical, as well as talk about my health concerns. The doctor came in and we started talking, she was very kind, but things started to become dismissive. She told me I was a “worst case scenario person” because I told her I wasn’t interested in trying an IUD, for the very valid reason of there are so many mixed reviews for them, I haven’t ever been interest in trying it. From there on she brought up being being a worst case scenario purpose multiple times, and didn’t even address my list of things I wanted to talk about. I brought a few up and we discussed those, but if I didn’t get it in she didn’t go over it. It seemed like she was pushing to end the appointment after maybe 25-30 minutes, and she said she was going to get me a pamphlet. I asked her if we were still doing my well woman’s visit. She then looked at me like I was crazy once again and asked me why I thought I was having a well woman’s visit. I told her that when I set up my appointment, we decided on that, as well as the intake nurse prepped me for that and gave me the gown and drape to change in to. She just kind of laughed and said that would never happen because she doesn’t do well woman’s appointments with new patients. She told me she is referring me to the in house OBGYN, sending in a prescription for me, and sent me on my way to get bloodwork done. The lady taking my blood was excellent and very kind and ended the visit on a better tone. Since then it has been almost a month, and I have never received a call to schedule my OBGYN appointment with her referral, I have never received my prescription, and I still haven’t gotten any results of my bloodwork. I’m left wondering what I even paid for? I have called back to get information and I received the voicemail and selected the option to have a call back. I still haven’t received that call. If you’re looking for a doctor to really talk about your concerns with, and look into things, this is not the office. They do not care.

Dr. Jones is awesome and her staff as well.

She’s not attentive enough she does not respond to phone calls like she should have asked if I see a prescription it’s been over a month I haven’t got it I’ve called her twice for health reasons she has not responded to me that’s three strikes three strikes you’re out so right now I’m looking for a new doctor

They entire staff is awesome. They are professional, timely and knowledgeable. Dr Jones-Woods really listens to you and is quick to help you resolve issues

Dr. Jones-Woods is a doctor that I feel very comfortable with. She is easy to talk to and doesn't rush me out. When I need to see a specialist she always follows up. I also find her staff to be very helpful.

My first visit with Dr. Jones was not an enjoyable experience. She was very late to my appointment and did not apologize or explain the cause of delay. She claims to have sent my prescription through mail order and i have yet to receive any medicine in the mail no matter how many time i bring it up with her. also have a funny feeling that she does not have much knowledge about health because when i went to her with an issue she recommended me to a procedure that gave zero answers to the issue i brought up to her. Now i am stuck with bills from the procedure with no resolution to my issues. I am now seeking a new pcp due to her lack of awareness and professionalism.

Awful visit, she was extremely unprofessional.
