We love Dr. Fairbank! She has been our son's pediatrician for well over 10 years. She's attentive, patient and thorough.. and the entire office is always professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Randolph today, Dr. Fairbanks was off , Dr Randolph is awesome nurses were great front Desk Kendra always very sweet.. but Liz need a customer service class on how the speak to someone , and how the leave the sarcasm at home .

I've been going to Childrens medical group since I was a child, and every experience I've had has always been pleasant! The receptionists are always very nice , helpful, and easy to reach on the phone! I applaud this office for their quickness when scheduling an appointment. Many times I have called in need of an appointment and gotten one within the same day! That type of service is very important to me, being that I have a busy schedule. This doctors office is highly recommended by me!

I have been taking my child here for going on 6 years now. The staff are so amazing and caring. Both my son and daughter love coming and interacting with everyone. My son is so comfortable with Dr. Randolph. I couldn't ask for a better team of staff ! I recommend everyone to this facility.

Dr. Fairbank is very attentive to the child & parents. She is not pushy and you can tell her main agenda is caring for your child! Her personality is polite and I would recommend her.

waited an hour, for the dr. to come in the room, she stayed less than five minutes showed no emotion or knowledge of medicine. Was rude, and we will NOT be seeing her ever again!
