These people are a JOKE I just ended FOUR weeks of trying to schedule a PREAPPROVED infusion because these people are so disorganized it has become laughable. They wanted a blood test 3 weeks ago seemed unable to ask my doctor for it I called got the test done on a weekend and faxed it instantly that Monday per their telephone instructions then called five days later only to be told they are still trying to reach the doctor to get a copy of the blood test.... THE ONE I HAD SENT but oh yes found it now yes has been here five days. Will get this approved and call you back to schedule. No call. TEN DAYS later I had to call them they say they called my doctor but my doctor never heard from them. And somebody told whoever promised to call me to NOT call me the patient with whom they needed to schedule. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD I TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO POKE NEEDLES INTO MY ARM AND INJECT ANYTHING INTO MY BODY ??? Heck from what I have seen from them it could easily be the WRONG DRUG My SINCERE advice dont DARE trust your health to these people RUN RUN somewhere else... ANYWHERE else .

Have not been here yet but not impressed so far. I received my approval letter from my insurance company almost 2 months ago. Still they are unable to schedule due to no approval from the insurance company for their specific location. Hmmm?

Had a bad migraine. Came in almost two hours early. They got me back early. The staff is great Ginna Nicole Ruth Rachel Careen and Jennifer are awesome and very accommodating even thought they were short staffed 2 days before the Fourth of July. The nurses are super friendly and caring. I definitely recommend them. Be nice and treat them with respect and they will do the same for you.

This is an awful place to work. They have no intergrity. Disrespectful unfair and the list goes on. No processes or policies in place You dont get any training other than sitting with a coworker for a few days Intake never got a raise only certain depts. The president has very bad leadership and lacks wisdom to make the right decisions.she does not care about people she is a viper with $$$ in her eyes.You have a supposedly VP over sales who does not respect boundaries or the other managers in the other depts. She bullies and intimidates them . They have to worry about their jobs if they stand up to her. People stay out sick because of the stress and terrible decisions made by upper management. The reimbursement director who went out sick is reaping what she sowed. She kept lots of drama and confusion going. The president has brought in this consulting company who has made bad decision that do not support or help the employees. The things going on are mot growing pains. They are things that are simply not moral More people are leaving. I wish i would have listened to the stories from other employees. They all turned out to be true So if you want a lesson on how to become your worse then work here Trust me you will regret it
