Be selective when you put your loved ones in these places. Especially if they need more care than a person that can wait on themselves. People will tell you anything you want to hear just to get your money and make their facility appealing to your heart for your loved one. We were blindsided. Check these places out before you put your loved one any place. They’re not as good as they present themselves to you. ❤️

Things are going better. After a few weeks I feel better about the place. I am finally receiving pt and ot.this was no fault of Kempton.

I am currently here in respite care. The techsand nurses are very good to deal with. The food is simply horrible. I came to receive "intensive " therapy as promised 5 days per week.I have been here since Tuesday 9/26 and as of today 9/29 and no therapy. Have been promised tomorrow they will start. but.as of 7:15 pm still don't when. There were allegedly snafus on our side.

My wife was at Kempton for a total of 15 days. The staff and administrative personnel did an excellent job. I was greeted by name every time I entered and exited. I highly recommend this facility.

Hello, Two years ago I contacted Kempton through A place for Mom. Brook Batson was the rep. She took me through the painstaking process of assesment of my parents in person, multiple visits, responsive communication, love, and encouragement. Although we placed my Dad in a one level assisted living, I recommend Kempton highly and the personal attention from Brook from unbeatable! When our Mother fell and broke both legs last year, we were devastated. After an unsuccessful rehabilitation to regain mobility, we feared she would have to go to a nursing facility. We began our search (with the help of ‘A Place For Mom’) for the kind of facility that feels like home, a place where the people are welcoming and friendly, and a place where we felt our sweet Mother would be cared for, loved on, respected, and treated with dignity. And we found it at Kempton! From the smiling and helpful receptionist to the management and all the attentive and compassionate care givers, our hats are off to you! Thank you for working with us to get Mom the care she needs. It’s comforting to our family that we can visit and leave knowing that Mom is happy, safe, and loved.

I had to stay there at the Kempton Heritage from October 28 two January 16 for temporary living assistance I gotta tell you all the people in that place has the biggest hearts and the warmth they give it to everybody if I was to die there I would long I wouldn’t want to be there these people really care for you I got to know them for 2 1/2 months between the nursing staff administration staff the engineer to two engineers The kitchen staff And all the directors it run a little little games like bingo ball toss memory they had Bible studies that games do you went on outings every now and then you had to sign up for it but there wasn’t one person that plays ever ignored anybody they’re always on top of their game and that’s what I call a great staff that works for facility like that to take care of the elderly They all got big hearts I recommend this place to anybody that wants to go there I gave a five star if I could’ve I would’ve gave a 10 star I highly recommend this place to anybody that wants to put some family members in there is safe and secure and they’re really on the ball when it comes to taking care of you a lot of hard-working people and dedicated to this place from my heart to yours thank you for taking care of me for Mr. Kelly from room 142 I will greatly miss you all thank you Brook thank you Miss Linda thank you Denise and Danny to all the nursing staff to the kitchen crew to Miss Pam thank you for the treats and to feel my friends. At the dinner table is Kathy Claire miss Carroll mr Frank Ms. K and a few other friends I made in there syrup today cranky old man Mr. Monday but he was OK he has good days and he just had a lot of bad days he was a moody son of a gun but he made us all laugh and then I hear the lady that was 104 years old she was a cute little lady for her age she schooled a lot of people in the lunch room and dinner time but all in all she didn’t mean anything just a nice old lady it’s OK to get old at least there’s a place you can go to get all the heart you need in life I am talking about a true heart of place of business on top of the game the Kempton Heritage in Nashville Tennessee I think you all each and everyone of you for taking care of me for the short time I was there God bless you please be safe out there all each and everyone of you in my book your 10 starsTo the heavens gates signing off Mr. Kelly

Beautiful facility with kind caregivers. Some hiccups but overall great care. Glad God guided us in this direction.

Placing my mother in memory care was a heart wrenching and very difficult decision. I want to say that making the choice to place mom at Kempton was in every possible way made bearable and much easier with the guidance and help from the loving, compassionate, caring and hardworking staff. Not only is it a beautiful, clean and well kept facility, you can see that the residents are taken care of and are happy. I show up unannounced many times and I walk in to mom being loved on and she’s kept clean, well-dressed and beautiful. The activity coordinators go above and beyond to keep mom engaged and active. Most of all, I owe so much to Laura Sawyer, Director of Nursing, who my words cannot begin to express all that she has meant to me and also for her never-ending devotion to every single resident and their families at Kempton. Her abilities to manage every aspect of the resident’s care astounds me! Please, if you need to send your loved one to a higher level of care try Kempton. You will not be disappointed. I owe them so much! It is also very affordable and the peace of mind is priceless!

Really enjoy my time with the kempton, everyone is so nice an kind will help u with anything!! I love my experience with taking the Medication class it was hard but the teacher even the nursing staff made everything worth it
