Office staff is very rude. Nurse practitioner is wonderful, but haven’t seen doctor Laya since she moved locations. Was a wonderful Doctor but she spreading herself to thin. Found another doctor.

Office staff is very rude, and I was a patient of Dr. Laya for over ten years. When she moved to the hospital location I never saw her again and only saw a great nurse practitioner. Changed doctors.

No communication between anyone on the staff. Wrong orders given, no blood tests called in and it's impossible to talk to the doctor. And they never answer the phone. Ever

This office in Hermitage is easily the best medical care I have ever received. From the people who greet you, the nurse practitioner, to the people who take your blood, they seem to genuinely care without judgement. They have always been so flexible with scheduling and helping above and beyond. I can not say enough good things about people that see you at your most fragile. Thank you for all of your help.

This happened a few years ago. Since I turned 40, I GAINED weight. My primary told me about this horrid woman. I was a married gay man who went in to to see her about my weight GAIN. Once I told her I was married to a man she immediately wanted me to have an AIDS test. It was the most degrading experience I ever had. Never see this woman. Ever.

Dr Laya is the BEST. She literally saved my life. When I was hospitalized for 44 days after contracting COVED 19 she was able to pull me through after my fever reached 105 and kidneys shut down and developed AFIB and pneumonia and heart rate of 180(50-100 is normal). She and the whole staff in ICU & all the other doctors at TriStar Summit are the best in class They are like family to us

Saw her for lyme disease. She was willing to treat with iv antibiotics, but follow ups were disappointing. Left 5 messages over an 8 week period, never got a return call. None of my treatment or doctor notes were ever sent to my primary care provider....disappointed...went in with very high hopes....not a lyme specialist.
