I was an ER patient at Summit Medical Center on 8/29/2020, as I was a victim of a Hit & Run auto accident caused by a drunk driver. Dr. Mack A. Jenkins was the treating ER physician on duty during my visit & words cannot express how caring, kind & concerned this man was. I was so impressed. My left knee was injured & swollen from the crash. I was sore all the way down my left side, my blood pressure was through the roof -as I was stressed & had missed a dose of my BP meds due to being involved in the crash. Dr. Mack A. Jenkins showed a great deal of concern, he checked on me & he even told me... "Ok, I need you to go to your happy place", as we were waiting for my BP meds to kick in & for my blood pressure to go down. Dr. Jenkins has a fantastic personality, he was such a great ER physician & he is definitely a caring and very compassionate guy. -I would like to take a moment to say thank you for being you. I give him 5 stars & I'd give 10 stars if I could. -Adrian C. :-)

The guy is a joke, I can't believe a physician who is specially in the ER helping people takes advantage of the situation that the person is in and thinks about financial gain for himself. People, if the 1st physician that you were in care of doesn't discharge you after doing all the test that's required, another one will come in and you will be billed by 2 physicians. I have submitted my complaint and everything is fine from my end. But I wouldn't want this physician to get away with it.

Dr. Jenkins saw me as a patient on june 21 2019 at the er at summit hospital. He was fabulous, he has the best bed side manners. I was brought in by ambulance and he treated me for chronic anemic, he rerferred me to a specialist and explained to me my medical condition so clearly. My family was very impressed with the him. My only regret is that I cant see him outsideof the hospital. You will be in great hands with his care, so relax and let him help you!!!!

Dr Jenkins was my Physician during an Emergency Room visit back in april. I was having a reaction to some new medication that I had taken. Dr Jenkins is a excellent physician very professional and down to earth .Most Doctors are in a hurry often talk to you in language unfamiliar to most people. I am am retired nurse and during my 26 years worked with a lot of physician and not always pleasant. I was very impressed with Dr Jenkins and hope many people get to interact with him. D Matthews
