She was my pediatrician, and (to me) she was the best doctor ever! She really cared about me (and her other patients), and wanted the only best. She had such a passion for the people she took care of and was such a great doctor and I will never forget her. ❤

She is a great doctor and knows her stuff. She was my doctor as a child and is now my sons doctor. She is soon to retire and I hate it because I will have to find him a new doctor. He was once sick and I took him to another doctor in the clinic and she quickly misdiagnosed him. I took him back a few weeks later and she knew exactly what the problem was as soon as she looked. She is always caring and nurturing when it comes to him. Let me tell you my son is a handful, but some how she remains patient. Absolutely the best!

This doctor is just awful. You are always kept waiting. My daughter has had so many ear infections and every time she just gives antibiotics and says next time we'll put tubes in. Now my daughter has to go to speech therapy. The last appointment she was in the room less than 5 minutes and then charges me for not doing her job. We got a new pediatrician in Smyrna and she is amazing. They put tubes in and my little girl is doing so much better. It is shameful that she allowed that!!

Kept us waiting for an hour even with an apt. Didnt bother to look at patients name or why we were there. Spent 3 minutes with us after an hr long wait, then said if she cant hear anything come christmas, bring her back. Horrible experience. Would NOT recommend.

We have known Dr. J for 23 years now. She was my pediatrician and now my childrens Ped. She is very caring and considerate. She takes her time with each patient and is available to talk whether it be by staff or personally. She is very thorough and follows up a few days later to check on her patients. I have seen other Drs that have blown me off and ended up causing us a trip to the hospital in the end, but not with Dr. Johnston. If you have the chance to use her as your Dr.... you will not be let down.

Dr. Johnston is sweet, patient and thorough. She truly cares for my son and his well-being. I also love the fact that she is a CLC (certified lactation consultant) and takes the time to work on any feeding issues we have had since day one. Her staff is always helpful and courteous - even helping me to my car during my C-section recovery. I cannot speak highly enough about her and her team. I am so grateful to have her as my son's pediatrician!

She has been our doctor for 20 years. She is very thorough and talks to your child. She saved my child getting him to the hospital quickly and left no stone uncovered . I like how thorough she is

My son is so blessed to have Dr. Johnston as a pediatrician. She is very compassionate not to just our child, but to us as a family. I breast feed and she is a huge supporter/encourager of that. She is very flexible in allowing us to bring our son in for wellness check-ups on Saturdays due to our work schedule. I admire her way to speak positive things over our son. For example, she said to our son, "I really believe you are going to be something great one day". Lastly, I like the way she exhaust all things to make sure she is on point with her medical diagnosis. Thanks Dr. Johnston!...You are a True God Sent.

My children have been patients of Dr. Johnstons for 17 years. I trust her completely. She completely reassures me and we have been through quite a bit with medical issues with my daughter. She is wonderful, and extremely knowledgeable.
