List of Martin Wagner's Reviews
Dr Wagner saved my life, he found out that I have Relapsing / Remitting MS 'Ive been seeing him for over 11 years, he decided to retire at the end of September 2022 he will be missed deeply!!
I am upset that Dr Wagner did not inform his patients of his retirement nor where to access their medical records. This was not a topic of discussion in my recent appointment and he even made a follow-up appointment. I have decades of records that would now be helpful in my future care.
I’ve found the importance of an experienced professional! Dr Wagner knew immediately what was going on with my situation. He and his office staff were excellent. Having been to others, I know that Dr. Wagner is the best! Thanks so much!
Dr. Wagner is very knowledgeable and has addressed my concerns and questions satisfactorily.
This doctor would not listen to my father about my Mom. My Mom answered every question the doctor asked and he still proceeded to argue with my Father about putting her in a facility. He also proceeded to have this argument in front of my Mom which was not good. He wouldn't listen about the nurses who come to the house or how the care she is receiving is so much better than it would be at a facility. When my Dad didn't agree- this doctor went behind my Dad's back and got their GP involved. He wanted the GP to argue his case with Dad. Please don't go to this doctor. He obviously will not listen and he has no bed side manner. He is a bully who is so egotistical that he thinks only his opinion matters. Please don't take any of your family to him. He is a menace to the medical community.
Wagner is refusing treatment and to renew my epilepsy medication because I owe him $30. I explained that I lost my job in May and can't afford it, but they couldn't care less.
Dr. Wagoner’s treatment ended my migraines! He started with a preventative course of action and that worked! I was thankful he didn’t jump in and try a more intrusive route first. He listened to all of my questions and was patient with me as I read from my notes. I felt heard and confident about his plan. I would recommend him to anyone who values experience in a doctor. You won’t feel rushed out like you may with other doctors. He even got back with me when I was checking out bc he had another idea to help me with the quality of my sleep. I’ve never had a doctor conclude an appointment and then take the time to investigate further. He is clearly a thoughtful and caring Neurologist. I had a great experience; thanks Dr. Wagoner!
Today we waited 45 minutes beyond our appointment time before we were taken back. When he came in he gave no explanation or apology for the delay. The visit lasted less than 15 minutes.
I am irate and unfortunately did not see the doctor. I received their new patient paperwork. I am unfortunately at the doctor quite regularly so I have my own neatly typed MFS History forms. Although I signed each of their forms that required a signature, and provided every piece of information they requested (on my own form), they refused to see me...I was told, "Lady, fill out our forms or leave"...so I chose to leave. I am personally tired of providers treating patients like sheep. I provided ALL information, yet because it was not on THEIR FORM, I was told that I could leave, which I did. Again, I signed every consent for treatment, HIPAA form, and authorization for treatment and billing that they required. Apparently to this office, the paperwork means more to them than the patient. I will never go back. The front desk person was terribly rude and aggressive even when I explained that everything they asked for was provided. I have filed a formal complaint with CIGNA.
Doctor Wagner was good and thorough, one of the nurses is excellent, caring, and compassionate. The last person I spoke with on staff and office management is rude, obtuse, short with customers, argumentative, and cares nothing about the patient. I specifically sought them out for treatment as a disabled veteran, going outside of the VA healthcare system. Perhaps that was MY mistake. If the office management could match the customer care to the patient care experience, this would be a 5 star review.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
