MIndi B Hamby's Online Review Report Card

I'm a long term pt & last few visits she sit sat the PC not making any eye contact asks a few questions and gets up a leaves the room without any indication the visit was over. Plus comments via on-line portal are not helpful. "I think you know what you need to do to prevent the progression to diabetes." and "I know that you already know how to eat, so I am not going to patronize you with those details. If, however, I am wrong, I would be happy to explain this further." So does she tell alcoholics and drugs addicts to "just say no"? She obviously she has no skills providing competent medical advice to people with compulsive over-eating/food addiction or has a bias agains fat people or it might just be me she hates. This is particularly upsetting since she treats me for major depression and most of my energy is focused on finding a purpose to wake up every day. Shame on her and shame on me for not finding a more suitable medical professional for my needs. I deserve better.

I honestly don’t know where I would be without her! She always listens to me ! She takes time to make sure I have the best care. She has been my doctor for many years . The best there is in my opinion. I would recommend her to everyone and I do.

Ms Hamby is a exceptional doctor!! She really listens and easy to talk to! She’s so much more than a doctor!!

Dr Mindi Hamby has been my Dr for many years. She's a wonderful Dr and very concerned about her patients. I will always respect her for everything she has done for me concerning my health. The best Dr I have ever known.

Dr. Hamby is a fine physician. She presents detailed explanations, as well as corrective actions necessary, in ways that are easy to understand. I've never felt rushed during appointments, she's always willing to answer the extra question.

I had an appointment with Dr. Hamby and she would not make the time to see me. I made this appointment 2 months ago, and it very frustrating that the doctor would not make any exceptions to see you. Don't waste your time with this doctor. If you set up an appointment with a doctor, you expect to be seen. Not with Dr. Hamby.

It’s like she scared to touch you and she doesn’t examine you .she just listens what you say. Breast exam she tell you to make an appointment.She doesn’t get back with you with your tests ( blood work) she don’t try to contact you to let you know it’s Ok. It’s like she unconcern, but she want that money. She is a nice lady but she is not caring enough.
