I would highly recommend Dr Baxter. I had a total knee replacement with a second one 3 months later with excellent results. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Because of my superior outcomes, he did arthroscopic surgery with PRP on my husband today. He has served in the military and has gone on many medical mission trips, which speaks highly of his character. 5 stars

I had revision surgery on my left shoulder by. D.R. Kamanski and a total knee replacement on my left knee by D.R. Baxter in my opinion they are the best surgeons in the country I would recommend them to any one and my family wonderful team very caring and very good at what they do thank both of you and the team from the bottom of my heart !!!!!!

Dr. Kaminske and his team were amazing. From diagnosis to surgery to aftercare. Professional but personal. He makes you feel you’re his only patient. I highly recommend everyone at pinnacle surgical orthopedics.

Dr. Kaminsky did an amazing job. I had a severe tare to my rotator cuff in multiple areas. After surgery I recovered quickly and my shoulder feels and works great now. I would recommend Dr. Kaminsky to everyone with an injury.

Dr. Baxter was actually my ‘second opinion’ after seeing someone at Elite Sports Medicine. I am very glad I stayed with him for the surgery. He has a great bed-side manner and explained what was required thoroughly before the procedure and provided excellent guidance and care afterwards. I am not a good patient had been trying to speed my recovery before getting the medical approval to do so. I was thankful for the strong/pointed concerns and the detailed explanations of which movements were restricted along with why they were restricted. After understanding the issues I immediately reduced my activities and not only felt better but started feeling stronger as a result. I glad for the multiple follow-ups and his quick corrective action and education early on to help with my progress.
