I also tried to call for a month or so and nothing but ringing. Today I called and let the phone stay ringing for over 1/2 hr. Rediculious. I called back and pressed all numbers other than billing and rang like 6 times then disconnected itself! Finally dialed 0 and after long while, finally got someone and she was rude and said they were short and doing the best they could do. Very snappy! Then have to wait till Dec 1 for appointment! And 6:30 am! Figured it would be longer if I didn't except that time! I'm not a morning person!

Had a mammogram done, they were polite, fast and friendly. I would recommend!

I would like to file a complaint not on the whole but one individual who discriminated & disrespected me in front of my husband & others. I made an appointment for my husband to get a simple calcium scoring done on his heart. There were no major forms to fill out because it was not through insurance but was only $50 cash & she called him up I believe her name was Rosio & asked if he had a ssn like he was illegal & wanted him to write it on a piece of paper. I could see this if it was going through Insurance but it wasn't there was no need for any of that.. I asked why she needed his ssn & she ignored me. Then asked if he was married I said yes & she ignored me again & asked him & he said yes I'm married. My husband & I have been married for 26 yrs & because he's spanish & I'm white I've had to deal with this multiple times meaning Spanish women disrespecting me!!! She was very unprofessional & rude & the other young lady that was next to her knew it also!!

I’ve called multiple times to schedule, it either rings endlessly or I get disconnected after 4 rings. Could someone please answer the phone!?!

I have been trying to call Premier Radiology to schedule an appointment for the last few months. If you call and attempt to make an appointment, the phone rings, then disconnects.

The lovely ladies at reception were understanding and lively and fast tracked me though i was 15 minutes late. One lady in particular, by the name of Rocio, was so sweet, humanistic, and exhibited great efficacy. My only suggestion would be that the practice invest in actual ear protection goggles for the MRI procedures as other practices have done.

I appreciate so much the Professional and especially the kind and compassionate manner that Summer at the Hermitage Premier Radiology Clinic always treats her patients. I come back to her every year for my mammogram. She is certain to do all she can to see it is not uncomfortable.She's the best,! I highly recommend Summer and the staff at Hermitage. Thank you Summer!

Checking in Rocio Louis made things easy .She also made me feel at ease 👍.

Thank you to Sheena, Summer and Heather at the Breast center for making this process relaxing and keeping me at ease. I was so scared but they were so professional and caring through out the whole process. I can’t thank them enough.
