I remember first walking into the doors of this office. Customer service was amazing. When I met Dr. PASSMORE from day one he is wonderful. He talk to me very clear and explained everything to me that needs to be done. He also has a awesome since of humor as well. He makes me laugh and his assistance Heather. Awesome team together. I have to say Dr. PASSMORE is a great doctor. Thank you for being Amazing since day one.

Dr. Passmore and Heather are absolutely amazing! They are both very caring, patient, compassionate, professional. Surgery is not the first words out of Dr. Passmore mouth, he listens, you don’t feel rushed, and together you figure out what the best option is. BUT if you do have to have surgery, he is the BEST.. Because of Dr. Passmore and Heather I felt so comfortable from start to finish, I will never go anywhere else! 100 Stars!

Dr. Passmore and the staff were phenomenal! My procedure went exactly as planned and I couldn't be more pleased. He is a great person as well as a great surgeon. Attentive, caring and easy to talk with. Office visits take place at the scheduled time, you're not stuck in the waiting room. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Dr. Passmore and his team are second to none. He is an incredible surgeon. I am more than pleased with the outcome of my surgery and the recovery process. He is easy to talk to, listens to your concerns and addresses them appropriately. His entire staff is friendly, courteous, and very professional. Unlike many physician offices I have been in, you are seen on your appointment time. No waiting. Thank you!

I went to Dr. Passmore back in 2017. I had fractured my ankle and tore 3 ligaments upon my first examination. I had surgery. Two months later my foot wasn’t where it was supposed to be, so he suggested I have an mri. The mri revealed that I had torn my tendon as well and he missed it. Why didn’t I have a mri to begin with if the X-ray doesn’t reveal it, or did it reveal it and he just didn’t catch it. Either way, I had to go thru surgery all over again, and I’m about to have surgery again next week. By a different doctor!

Dr. Passmore is just a good guy. He gave good advice and wasn’t pushy. Very professional. He not only did a good job on my surgery but also personally called the day after to ask how I was doing. Thank you.

This is not my 1st review for D. Passmore, but I just cannot stress enough how thoroughly impressed I am with him as well as his nurse, Heather!! 5 stars across the board. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment and his bedside manner and overall genuine concern for the well-being of his patients just cannot be matched! Both Dr. Passmore and Heather have bent over backwards on many occasions to make my recovery as smooth as possible. They are easy-going and completely approachable. Dr. Passmore thinks outside of the box when creating a treatment plan to ensure the best possible outcome and his work is near perfection. Just in case I have not quite made my point, I highly recommend this team. You will NOT be disappointed!!

I don't have enough good things to say about Dr. Passmore and his staff, especially his nurse/MA, Heather. Heather made sure that everything was in place for my surgery, including coordinating who would handle my medications all within 24-48 hours of scheduling my surgery. Dr. Passmore has an excellent bedside manner and my care and comfort were top priority. I had an active say in my treatment & never felt rushed. There is no other doctor I would trust for my orthopedic needs. Highly recommend!

One time I did have lots of pain and call uncalled.Day didint answered long times. When finally Dr.Passmore call me back , hi is voice wasn't happy because of call 😔. When I visit him in office, they are not nice to me at all and just take 2 minutes He said " swollen and pain is normal" Don't care what my straggel and pain. I didint want pain medicine. I was worry because after 2 months letter haven this problem and pain makes me worr about so much. He said again " you have appointment for next week, we will se You then" . I cry after I left to office. It is been 4 and a half months still have problems. But I will never ever go back again. They never call and check out. I whish I never have this surgery at all. I am glad rest of you so happy with him . Good luck.
