I called multiple times over several weeks to try and make a first appointment for my toddler son. After calling a different location I was connected to you the Hermitage office. I was shocked by how abrasive the receptionist was initially, THEN she left me a message and expressed her frustration that I had not returned her call within two hours... Keep in mind I have called for over two weeks to try and get a human on the phone. I read really great reviews about this place so I was very positive and hopeful, but first impressions are everything and with the lack of follow up, give a damn and general service information... This is not the place for my family. I know times are strange, but you literally just threw away a lifetime of business.

I really love Ms. Terry our consistent dental hygienist. She is great with our kids. The kids also love the playroom that is out in the waiting room. We have never had an issue at this dentist.

The office is disorganized and a constant wait. We were early and they saw 4 patients that had later appointments before we left. I wiuld not recommend this place if you want your time respected.

I took my 2 year old for his first trip to the dentist. The Hermitage location was dirty and they were late getting to us. The nurse curtly told us we couldn't both go to the back, even though their own website states that parents are encouraged to go to the back with their children. I will never go back and would not recommend them.

I took my son to the hermitage location & seemed like a good place at first. The receptionist was very rude & Dr. Malone told me a service would be covered by our insurance & it wasn't!!! so out of pocket along with many phone calls ( a call 2 days after a payment was made asking for more money) I would never recommend this location to anyone! The Drs here obviously do not have the knowledge about what insurance covers & if not they need to check first! Frustrating!!!!!

I must comment on Dr. Kirk Larson! He is very sweet and makes the little ones feel at ease during procedures. My kids love him! He has video games, shows, and toys for the kids while they wait! I heard his wife was also the "Tooth fairy" visiting local schools educating children on proper brushing and good oral hygiene! Sweet sweet sweet!
