Thee worst office! Been trying to get an appointment with them for 6 months. Wouldn’t schedule me without a recommendation and medical records from previous rheumatologist. Kept telling me that they haven’t received faxed records, though faxed from LA twice. Finally flew to LA to get sealed records, and now I am told they are not accepting patients and there is no record of me. They lack courtesy, and compassion. Thee worst office! The first day I met Dr Harwell I knew then I had a good rheumatologist and she's made me feel comfortable she's answered all my questions and she doesn't just assume or judge or anything like that she gets to the point and that's what I like from a doctor I respect her!

Dr. Harwell performs a complete exam and provides derailed explanations of my condition of psoriatic arthritis. She displays a real concern for her patients and has great empathy. I highly recommend her as she is the best doctor for me.

My visits with Dr. Harwell have been excellent. Her scheduling of appointments have been perfectly timed with need for follow-up on progress and changes in medications. Her explanation of changes in medications and lab test results are very effective and well communicated. Very pleased with the portal and her response over the holiday period. Her exams are very professional/ thorough and appointments are not rushed. I have and will highly recommend Dr. Harwell.

Dr Harwell is a kind and passionate dr. She will take as long as she needs to, to answer any questions that you might have and has a great bedside manner. Never had to wait more than 20 minutes before going back. Highly recommended

I was sent to Dr. her well from my primary care physician and I’ve been suffering for years in pain and to visit with Dr. hair will determine that I had fibromyalgia a highly recommend her and her facility to anyone seeking help for rheumatology problems

Dr.Harwell came highly recommend and I was referred to her. It took forever to get an appointment . Once I got to my appointment I waited a very long period of time. Then 2 interns came in and ask all the questions. Dr.Harwell came in and was very cold acting and spent maybe 10 minutes with me. That was October 25th and I did not get any results till Nov. 14th by mail, after calling. Numerous times checking. She has done absolutely nothing for me for my joints and horrible bone pain. Dr.Harwell is over rated and has horrible bedside manner. I would not trust or recommend her ever!!! Dr.Harwell came highly recommend and I was referred to her. I found Dr. Harwell very friendly, pleasant, patient, and respectful. She was open to my questions and answered each to my satisfaction. She told me in clear terms what my condition is and explained the diagnosis fully. She encouraged me to call for an appointment when I had any problem, and I would be worked into her schedule within a week. I felt comfortable with Dr. Harwell and confident that in her care I will be treated very effectively.

She really listens to me! She follows up herself, and is very thorough. Her staff is friendly and professional. I’ve never waited over 15 minutes to be seen.
