Dr. Elalayli did a fantastic job with my back surgery. After 2 years of pain, I came out of surgery with no pain. He always took the time to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Elalayi did a fantastic job and performed back surgery that restored my ability to walk and function, and eliminated excruciating nerve pain in my back and right leg. My experience with AOS’s Dr Tarek G. Elallayli was exceptional. I basically lost mobility with both right and left legs and could not move my toes, I was scheduled for surgery. Prior to surgery Dr Elallayli came to speak to me prior to surgery, very calming. Post surgery same day with a walker I was up and walking. When I went to my two week Post Surgery appointment with Dr Elallayli, I told him and staff around him that I went from no mobility to walking from the Summit Parking Lot to their office and that was due to him and his hands. I explained that I went from no mobility to walking and exercising each day and was never going to look back. Very grateful to the AOS Team.

If you need a surgeon to be a comedian and whisper sweet nothings in your ear he may not be the guy for you. If you desire a surgeon who tells you what to expect and then delivers even better this is your doc. C5 c6 discectomy with fusion and i feel much better next day. 48 hrs post op with no pain meds and all problems appear to be corrected. Thank you Dr.

My issue was a very personal and private issue. He did not write my complaint down as I verbalized it to him, thus ruining my workers comp case and I am left with the effects from the injury. His statement to me was very rude.Make sure you watch him write down your exact complaint so that it is actually documented, cause if it is not documented then it did not happen and you did not tell him about it and there’s nothing you can do to change it so watch carefully.

Dr. Elalayli is a brilliant individual and surgeon. He was empathetic and dedicated to alleviating my symptoms. He did not push me towards surgery, instead discussing each of my options with me, taking the time to answer my questions completely, and to explain in detail the problems in my spine that were causing such pain. Ultimately, I chose surgical intervention, and he did a phenomenal job- not just with the surgery, but also with every stage of the recovery process. I could not be happier with the outcome, and am grateful for the opportunity to live an active lifestyle without pain and without medication. I am truly lucky that Dr. Elalayli was the surgeon to whom I was referred.

Please do not go to this doctor he was rude and obnoxious did not want to here what i had to say at all because it was a workman's comp case
