Thomas Struble's Online Review Report Card

This urgent Care facility was recommended by my doctor's office when their office was fully booked. While I was skeptical about what I would encounter, I was pleasantly surprised! The gals at the front desk were very pleasant and efficient and the wait time to see the Doctor was minimal. Dr. Struble was great.... he listened patiently, diagnosed my illness and provided a resolution. The following day someone from the office called to see if I was okay! I could not have been happier with the service and care and highly recommend this facility, and Dr. Struble.

I went to Dr. Struble for what I was pretty sure is a spider bite. He accused me of scratching it and making it worse and was too busy telling me that honey in my margarita would make it taste like one from a restaurant. He didn't listen to anything I said. I will never go to that clinic again and will not recommend it.

Mr Struble was arrogant to my daughter who is 12 . I took her in to this clinic as her regular dr had no openings. He told her she was not dying. I also asked to be seen as I was told by my primary Dr to follow up when I saw my primary dr on Thursday to seek a walk in clinic to do ex ray on my lungs as I have a history of PE, AFIB and a blood disorder. Dr. Struble talked to me like I was a idiot , I had to remind the nurse to get my medicine intake that my primary dr gave me the day before of Antibiotics, inhaler, breathing treatments three times a day and a cough syrup that included codeine. She didn't even ask for the dosages after I told her she needed to update. Simple error on her part and that was made right. however Mr Struble has NO bed side manner, he is rude.. He started asking my daugther questions about her illness... she is 12 last I checked I am the parent so I stopped him and told him her symptoms. I have visited this walk in for about 2 years with my family and have seen PA and Doctors however we have NEVER liked Thomas and he continues to show the same behavior every time he is there. We really just wanted to walk out when we saw him there. I will be reporting his lack of care for my daughters feelings.. as he doesn't know her past and tell her she will LIVE.. and lack of care for me as he was a smart ass as usual. He doesn't belong in this area of profession in my opinion. I have never complained a dr or have done a review until now. I will be taking this further outside this review. He needs to go clean up golf balls of the green so he does not have to communicate with humans!!!

Dr. Struble was very nice, took time to carefully listen to my concerns, and provided treatment that took care of my problem.
