I called them made an appointment. They told me that they take my insurance. Also called my insurance company to confirm. After filling out paperwork, I was given a list of all things that was not covered by insurance number one was examination. 😳

I can’t say enough good things. The staff is very friendly and caring. Dr. Liz is great. I’ve been going for several months, and this has truly helped. I travel a lot for work and was in a lot of pain. Everything has been better since I’ve been going, and I highly recommend.

I’ve been going here on and off for a while now every time I go in with massive pain can’t sleep can’t sit can’t do anything else but think of how bad my back hurts. They take care of it. I have severe scoliosis so my back pain is definite issue, Dr. Stephanie has handled my problem with professionalism and actual care. I definitely recommend everybody to go here. The staff is amazing and their work is honest. They don’t try to upsell you. They don’t try to schedule 1 million appointments to try to get as much money out of you. They really genuinely just want you to feel better. Give them a call set up an appointment. Go get your problems fixed and start enjoying life without pain.

Dr. Totty had a quick acupuncture consult with me with my concerns prior to pricking me. She was quick and gently enough. Unfortunately, the front desk was the issue. I went in to get acupuncture and got my insurance info but didn't tell me that Dr. Totty was not an in network provider for acupuncture. She's only in network for chiropractic care with my plan. I ended up paying $84 out of pocket. It would be nice to know beforehand.

I've always been a bit skeptical of chiropractors, due to the fact that my previous experience with them always felt a bit "salesy" to me; but from the moment I met Dr. Stefanie, she was genuine, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. I am now on visit 8, and I feel better, my pain level is down to 1, and I am so glad I found this office. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel comfortable in their skin again.

Totty’s Dr.Seigel performs Table adjustments and they just don’t work very well for me, compared to human touch manipulations. I used to have a great Chiropractor in Goodlettesville, but like all the good old guys, he’s retired now.
