My son has been going here for about 2 years. I hate this place so bad. Only still go here because my son's insurance. This visit, they didn't even clean his teeth. They counted his teeth and opened the brush but never cleaned them. The dental assistant got up from the chair, walked around, looking confused on what to do next and never came back to actually clean his teeth. The hygienist came over looked at his teeth for a minute and told me we would need an appointment to see about braces. I told her we have already had a braces appointment previously and had already addressed everything. She said "oh did you already? Well we will do the bottom again' whyyyyyyyy when we have already done this and have a plan in place. They knew nothing about my child's oral health as they looked confused the whole time literally. The staff are rude and hateful. They act like they don't like kids but yet they work at a pediatric dentist. The over schedule ppl. They literally only have a couple ppl working in the back but have more patients than they have seats at one time. His appointment was at 10:30am. We got there at 10:10 . We were not called back to be seen until 11:15. AND LETS NOT FORGET THEY DIDNT EVEN CLEAN HIS TEETH. I waited and didn't say a word just to see if someone was gonna catch it but nope, they sent him right on out the door. He was seen by 3 different staff members the whole visit each sat and looked in his mouth and still didn't bother to clean his teeth. The only thing the hygienist did was scrape the bottom 2 front teeth, got up was supposed to be right back and never came back. They came handing us his tooth brush and dental floss goodie bag and sent us on our way. A literal waste of time, literally. Y'all literally have so many patients at one time that y'all are just looking in the mouth and pushing them out the door just to keep them insurance deposits coming in. We have been coming here for 2 years and never have had a great experience but this visit took the cake and I'm literally done with this raggedy place. They have always at least cleaned his teeth but this time they didn't even do that. Just ride. They do t speak to you or communicate with you until they have to and even then it's a couple words barely just enough to let you know about the visit and that's it. The only great staff they have since the beginning of us going here is the Hispanic male who sets the follow up appointments and gives the doctor's notes. He wears glasses but I'm not sure of his name. He has always been a joy. Other than that, this place needs to be closed down. They are just collecting insurance payments and not even giving the services you come for. I will be reporting them to the health department and the board. We will not be back at all. This will be his last visit here obviously

We have been going to zoo crew in Hermitage for 10 years and we love it. The check in coordinator seemed to be bothered to do her job, but everyone else was great!
