I was five minutes late to my appointment and they asked me reschedule, even though I’d been trying to call the practice for 10 minutes for their exact location in the suite of offices. The first time I called, someone picked up and hung up on me. I pressed redial and got the fax machine. Called again and it went to the receptionist’s voicemail. Called a fourth time and I could hear people talking in the background in the office but no one was actually on the phone. When I told them this, they said it didn’t matter, and that I was late. I won’t be rescheduling that appointment, FYI.

I love Dr. Galloway. Life changing work she is doing and life changing experience seeing her for health care. My previous Dr. was not listening to me and was not addressing any concerns I had. Dr. Galloway has dealt with everything I've asked her about head on. Very professional and friendly staff as well.

Very Professional, Office staff is kind, CDC guidelines are followed. Every question I had was answered, everything was explained prior to surgery. After surgery follow up call from Dr. Galloway discussing everything. Very thankful for a caring lady as my Doctor!!! Thank You Dr. Andrea Galloway and Staff!!!

This office is fantastic! Dr. Andrea Galloway, and her staff, were incredibly kind. I had never had a gynecology appointment previous to this, and Dr. Galloway made me feel completely comfortable. I would highly, highly recommend this establishment to anyone!

Dr Galloway and here staff are amazing. I really like their approach on dealing with the aging process of hormone replacement. They will get you in and get you out in a reasonable time, you will not be dissatisfied
