Andrew Jones's Online Review Report Card

I have seen Dr Jones for years but my recent experiences have led me to post a positive review. For years I have been uninsured or underinsured but everyone at this office, (unlike some other offices I have been to) has always been courteous & understanding (maybe because I pay my bills but no, that’s not it: they really have gone above and beyond). Twice this month I was seen on short notice due to concerns related to IC (a chronic inflammation of the bladder). The doctor and nurses were helpful with regards to diet and treatment options and even general health questions and concerns. Thank you so much. I can’t express how much I appreciate it.

Routine follow-up visit.

I’ve been going to Dr. Jones for thirty years. He is an excellent doctor!

Dr. Jones has an amazing bedside manner. He takes the extra bit of time to listen and understand your problems with the purpose of treating you as a person, not as a diagnosis. Dr. Jones is also a leading expert in covid research. He hosts a quarterly podcast detailing the latest news about covid. This additional expertise sets Dr. Jones apart during these crazy times. I'm fortunate to have had Dr. Jones and I enthusiastically recommend him if you are in need.

Horrible doctor that has no care for patients.His lack of caring and abilities have caused 6 weeks of pain and missing work because he did not do a surgery correctly. A surgery with another doctor has had to be scheduled to correct his carelessness.When asked about his mistakes he said he will try to do better with a second surgery...What kind of sorry human says that....no doctor should ever say that

I had my 1st app at 20 wks & was supposed to have an anatomy scan.For some reason, I wasn’t scheduled for the ultrasound that day so (after he was an hour past app time) he told me they’d try to work me in.If not, I’d have to come back the next day.Thankfully they were able to get me in that day.I thought they just had an off day so I wasn’t too upset after the 1st app & they told me he had an emergency C-section that morning, so no big deal he was late.My second app was to get my blood sugar checked.My app was at 9 & he finally walked in at 10:15 & asked if I’d drank the glucose drink & I said no-nobody had given it to me.He then asked if I knew where the lab was & I said no but he gave me my chart & sent me down the hall by myself to find it.I drank the stuff & had to wait ANOTHER HOUR to get blood drawn.The lab tech then sent me to checkout-alone again.Receptionist asked when he wanted to see me back & I had no idea.I feel like the communication in this office needs to be improved.

Extremely unhelpful and unknowledgeable during the corona outbreak. Perhaps has an inferiority complex because of going to a Caribbean med school. Point is do not come see this doctor seems to be in it more for the money than patient welfare.

Andrew has been my go to doctor since 2016, he's awesome. If you are looking for a great, reliable doctor who values relationships, Andrew is one of the best!

Dr.jones is the most caring and compassionate man I've ever met. He truly cares about his patients and will go above and beyond to insure you receive the best care. He has the best office in town. His staff is amazing always friendly. If you have questions after your visit or need anything all you have to do is call his office and leave a message & they will get back to you the same day !!! I highly recommend this office to anyone

Dr. Jones has the BEST bedside manners any embarrassed female could ever encounter. He is so patient and kind. Always reassuring me that my questions and concerns are not dumb like I think. Absolutely amazing!
